Rumor is Andrew's already tried to kill himself since his career is essentially over. His HBO documentary just dropped a few days ago as well and I know that HBO has already severed ties with him.

All Juno really does is make lyric videos to video game music. While that's only fairly autistic on its own, the real star of the show is how much Juno hates his own fans. Especially after getting complaints because he started sperging over Roe Vs Wade.

Now I know I'm replying to a post from a whole fucking year ago but I have nowhere else to talk about this so I'm doing it here.
For anyone who is still wondering what the status on this is, he's STILL sperging out about people saying he does too much FnF stuff. (Which in my opinion he does. But don't you EVER bring it up to him, or he'll reee and cry about it.) Juno's stuff to me has always been kind of hit or miss. Some of his stuff is fire, a lot of it is dogshit. But the best content he puts out is him sperging about his own fanbase. He got so mad about people complaining about his FnF videos that he sat down and edited together not 1, but 2 whole compilations of his non-FnF covers just to own the haters or something within the span of a few months apart.

It's honestly no surprise he works with Man On The Internet, because he makes the exact same mistakes they made.
Let me explain. So way back when Undertale the musical was still being made people apparently started requesting them to cover megalovania. Now whether it started ironically or not is irrelevant now because people started doing it on purpose anyway because MOTI started sperging out about it to the point they were blocking people and deleting comments just for mentioning it. (It also started one of the worst "Running jokes" on the MOTI channel where they upload an unfunny meme version of Megalovania and are STILL doing it. It originally started as something like Juno's comps here to "own the haters" but now it's just become an unfunny joke they refuse to let go of.) Juno here clearly hasn't learned anything from that. So instead of just ignoring it like a normal person he spergs.

Basically, neither of them seem to be able to figure out that giving them any response at all is just going to encourage people to do it more because you've given away that it gets a rise out of you. I don't know how that's so hard to understand for these people.

They both have an apparent disdain for their own audience as well, which isn't surprising. But I mean alot of their audience is undertalefags so that's not too unexpected. That's what happens when you get popular off of Undertale shit.

Not really on topic, but I remember Neckberdia was mentioned in this thread. He didn't go full lolcow, but sadly his old channel either got hacked or he was making so little out of it, that he sold it to crypto scammers and it was streaming some bitcoin bullshit until it got deleted a day later. Bye "All guardsmen party" series, you will be missed.

Josh Strife Hayes (The Worst MMO Ever? -series) is a long, long distance away from becoming lolcow. His videos are very watchable, and he has managed to basically stay out of any serious drama. However I ran into this complaint about him, that I stumbled on a while back, stuck to me and I don't know any better thread to share it in.

"The worst point was when Josh Strife Hayes mocked people who use the arrow keys to move in a MMORPG and loudly demanded to know why the devs had coded in that functionality in one MMORPG, when as a lefthander virtually all games come with that functionality and being a lefthander isn't even uncommon. He then bragged about how good a teacher he is. I really hope that if he has any lefthanded folks in his classes, he treats them better than he treated us in his video."

Context: he used to be a martial arts teacher/instructor, something he brings up relatively often in his videos, usually when trashing the tutorial of a MMO.

If arrow keys are somehow the only way to move, that is a genuine problem. While transitional fossil like p1999 Everquest uses arrow keys by default, even it has key rebind support.
If game somehow has no rebind support at all, arrow keys mirroring WASD is the most logical use for them. Left-handed people really need it, right-handed people should not care about it.

This is really asinine thing to complain about if you give it some serious thought.

-Arcades used to have the lever on the left-side and had to change it because the winrates were too high. Arcade levers were always supposed to be on the left, 'southpaw' is actually the natural way to use them and it's a well kept secret in the fighting game and shmup community.
-In terms of 2D games, playing with arrow keys is easier because you have space dedicated just to your arrow keys with the rest of the keyboard available for functionality. Fighting games, platformers, metroidvanias, shit like Maplestory or Dungeon Fighter Online will often make use of arrow keys. Basically, using your left hand to move in games has been the standard for a long time, and continues to be the standard in certain genres. If you grew up through the early 2000's and experienced the boom of flash games, you almost definitely used arrow keys to move.
If you play shmups using keyboard, and haven't moved to Mixbox yet, you'll be using arrow keys and Z/X/C for your controls with maybe shift thrown in there. I don't know of any shmups that doesn't use this scheme. Touhou has done it since PC-98.
For a youtuber who prides himself on 'being around the block for awhile', he's got some really dumb takes like this.

He's only a lolcow in the way a lot of British youtubers are.

I don't fully know what's wrong with them, maybe it's their society or maybe they naturally have very low testosterone levels or something, but it's always that sort of weird shit where they'll go into personal anecdotes or have to be on camera like they're flexing or something, even when it barely adds anything. And virtually all of them seem to do it.

Also there's a really whiny condescending tone to the way they argue or make their points. They behave exactly like basic-bitch women you'd see on social media.

I can't handle the Hayes guy's videos. Besides his tone and his clownishly upswept hair/gay outfit he forces you to look at, he's also really criminally boring.

Honestly British people are just awful. Real talk.
