Lets get two things clear:

Nobody and i mean NOBODY in their right mind would want to fuck adf, not even the most desperate and fetishist of us.
Homeless people take better care of their hygiene that ADF does, adf gives no shits about making himself look attractive which works against him because he looks, and smells like a mentally unstable rat.
Adf gives no shits about making himself even look presentable. If anybody tried to approach him and ask for a sexual favor (which will never happen) adf would play hard to get, or act retarded as he always does around people, which obviously wont work in his favor because he's an undesirable piece of shit.

As far as we know, most likely 'twas a joke, "i'm not just certain, i'm HIV positive!" most likely it was a hyberbole about how certain he was about getting his rotting, lonesome, stinking, miserable meatballs cut off from his italian sausage.
 
He's covered in filthy tattoos, done by someone who takes no pride in his work. That's a damn good way to get HIV if you ask me.
 
Ahuviya does have HIV. Can confirm, I cybered with him and then he roleplayed breaking down sobbing in my manly gorilla werewolf arms while confessing to the diagnosis. Then I trolled him by sending him a one way ticket to some crack house in Ohio inhabited by a crazy black lady and her 59.235 cats and their Ebola. Of course he doesn't have AIDS. He's a type 2 diabetic.
 
Once someone has full blown AIDS the virus is mostly gone from the body because it already killed all of its food (the immune system). In this way Phil is not HIV positive
 
All I see here is somebody who has way too much time on their hands and a terminal inability to understand site culture.
