Terfs will with one breath tell you that a man can never be a woman (and vice versa) because men and women are just too different, both physically and psychologically and you can never replace one with the other no matter what, and then use the next breath to call you a fundie incel bigot for suggesting that gay/lesbian couples are unatural shouldn't be given kids for this exact reason.

The problem with terfs is that they are massive hypocrites, which is why they'll never go anywhere as an ideology. I'd respect terfs a fuck of a lot more if they followed their ideology to its natural conclusion and decried homosexuality the same way they do troonery.

You can't go "Everyone should be allowed to do what they want and be who they feel like inside because we're all the same anyway and all differences are made up by the patriarchy" and then also go "ew no not like that you disgusting degenerate pervert, men and women are just too different biologically"

Its not an ideology meant to be consistent, its an ideology for women (mostly lesbians) to justify their fetishes/depravity. "Everyone should be allowed to do what they want until it starts bothering me." isn't exactly an ironclad foundation to be taken seriously.

The issue isn't that all men are "pro-rape", as you frame her assertion, or even that all men "would rape if it wasn't illegal", as she actually asserts it. The issue is that (practically) all men have the capacity to rape, being bigger and stronger. As psychology-sperg, Jordan Peterson, often points out, "a harmless man doing no harm is no virtue at all, but a dangerous man restraining himself is a virtue".

It is big, strong, virtuous, men who discover and uphold the laws. Good men need to be big and strong in order to defeat the scoundrels and the vicious.

Men are the rapists, yes and obviously, simply because men are the big ones. Women's rape tends to be the statutory kind, where she's an adult and he's an adolescent, because that's the only man she's capable of dominating in that way. A woman's inability to commit rape does not make her a virtuous person any more than a weakling man's inability would.
