You have to forgive these people. They're used to very simple forms of thinking so if we make fun of Trump it means we must hate him and love the other guy.

It never occurs to them that we might also think Biden is a buffoon who's greatest accomplishment is, "he's not Trump".

My guess is the company doesn't support any kind of ESG/DEI initiatives and the underlying assets are invested in securities that don't conflict with conservative political positions. Sort of like those Islamic funds that don't invest in companies that sell alcohol or other haram products.

The media seems to be doing the work of Trump's PR team and circulating the story that he plans to return to Twitter/FaceBook sometime between now and when the primaries kick off. Of note is that he still has an exclusivity agreement with Truth Social to post there first (six hour delay before posting elsewhere) that lasts until June 22nd, and he's apparently already saying that exclusivity agreement will not be renewed. I wouldn't bet on him being able to wait five months for that agreement to expire.

If he's not exclusively posting on Truth Social, is there any reason to use that service whatsoever? I'm honestly surprised it's still online with the issues of not paying the hosts, but I guess Trump ditching it would probably be the deathblow.

Oh, and more sanctions for Trump and his lawyer. Again. When the document starts with:

How did conservative people (as in line of thought, not political alignment) ever thought Trump was one of them? It's not like he's some small town wannabe, this is a celebrity mogul that had pretty much everything about him and his character, lifestyle, family, etc. out in the open. I mean, he was the darling of the same media outlets that pretended to be his biggest critics, right before his presidency (not candidacy)! Maybe at the time there was no other option, but defending him all the way through, to this day?

It’s because they’re really stupid. Like I can’t think of any other reason. He invited Hillary Clinton to his wedding to Melania and we’re supposed to believe he’s totally nothing like any of the elites. He’s in pictures and on logs with Epstein but he totally did not diddle kids. He’s on record admitting to sexually assaulting women but he’s totally never raped a woman. And on and on and on. I mean, my grandma Trumper refuses to believe he ever cheated on any of his wives.

MAGA types tend not to be the most critical of thinkers.

The man is a New York Liberal. Sure maybe a fiscal conservative but he was, at least in the 90's, a social liberal. He's never set foot in a church before this. He's been married three times and cheated on every single wife he had. Hell, Marla Maples was who he was cheating on Ivana with and only married her because she got pregnant. The man is a grifter. He's a narcissist. He's very full of himself and he's found the perfect way for people to praise his name. He's not going anywhere for a while because he's addicted to this kind of attention he gets.

His choice of hair style is just ridiculous for a man his age. He's completely bald up top, does a magic multi-part combover to get it to cover his entire head and denies that he's doing anything weird when you can just see the hair goes in all directions.
