He claims he couldn't get on the honor roll in high school because while he's a "repository of knowledge", he can't apply it. Therefore he's not intelligent. While I find it's fun to use and to see where it places you, neither Meyers nor Briggs were scientists and the whole thing is based on a binary choice between two options. Your results can literally change depending on the day you've taken it.

One of the places I worked wanted to build a "model" if you could call it for the perfect IT engineer and the perfect project manager. The idea being they could give potential employees a test and find out where their skills lay. So they took the three best from each group and gave them an IQ test and a Meyers-Briggs test. I was one of the IT guys.

My results weren't surprising to myself as I had taken the test before and always wound up on the same classification, namely the INTJ. And while I won't reveal the IQ score because there's no reason to, they said the company that administered the test had never had somebody score so high on it. I was now their benchmark for several things. It's also been my experience that a lot of people in the field are on the IN side of things.

But let's take a look at these "attributes" of the INTJ shall we?

Strengths:

Quick, imaginative and strategic mind - no evidence of this. After all this is the asshole that couldn't figure out that a nine year old can't consent even if she speaks the words.
High self-confidence - HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Just the fact that he's overly concerned with the size of his penis shows this one to be false.
Independant and decisive - Well he's independant in the sense that he stays in his room and has no friends but that's not really the point. This means, for lack of a better word, "free thinkers" who stand on their own and take responsibility for their actions. Pedobear here still hasn't turned himself in for raping a nine year old which he should have done years ago.
Hard working and determined - You actually have to work for this to apply and he's never held down a job or worked a day in his life. And if he was determined, he'd be exercising and eating right to lose that weight.
Open-minded - Possibly the most closed minded person I've ever run across. He's convinced that he's right on everything.
Jack of all trades - You need actual skills and the ability to follow through on them. What kind of skills has he demonstrated?

The maximum is 2.5 years for a level 6 felony. For level 5 felony its 6 years.
They could try for molestation but he has the defense of being under 18 unless they can prove that the last contact they had was when she was 11 and he was 18. In that case it would be a Level 3 felony with a maximum of 16 years.

Of course this is state law and not federal but the state is more likely to handle this anyway right? Either way 2.5 years is too good for this guy.

It could easily be prosecuted by the state and then by the feds. Happens in drug cases all the time.

Also he wouldn't be charged with just one felony, he'd be charged with a separate felony for each offense. They generally vastly overcharge in these cases.

The feds are the best bet for Internet CP though.
