I'm also going through transcripts and there are so many it's hard to get all the details from so many videos where he's mentioned her but here's the details I've gleaned:

-She was the daughter of a friend, he knew her since she was 13.
-She lived in Portland during BLM riots and Covid. He took her to a bondage club called Sanctuary in Portland on one occasion.
-He mentions going to Univeral Studios with her when her softball team went, she was a college junior and he claimed that she was not "his sub" yet at that point. Average age of a college junior is around 20-21.
-The mom flipped out when she eventually found out and couldn't believe her daughter was into BDSM stuff
-He mentioned going to a movie with her and her mom "when we were still on good terms" called Nocturnal Animals, which I checked and it came out in 2016.
-One of the earliest mentions of her is from October 2019. He talks about her a LOT during 2020, which is when I presume a lot of their relationship was going on.
