I think he seriously believes a modern state the size of Russia can be bled through attrition from combat they initiated and have complete control over the input into. The West already played its biggest card in this respect when it started to cut Russia off from the global economy, this can obviously be further done but there's a limit to this because unlike Russia (or China or etc.) the West will never actually completely isolate and starve a country into submission. Would Patirck do this? Clearly, but thankfully even the venial creatures who acquire power in our culture aren't as immoral and sociopathic as he is.

If Rick had been President instead of Nixon when Kissinger told him that he simply couldn't bomb the dikes and slaughter the population of North Vietnam (something Nixon proposed repeatedly), Pat would have replied "wrong, child." (These meetings would have taken place at the "Western White House", Hooligan's.)

Fat in Putin's place probably would have already ended the war despite his incompetence simply because he would have ordered Ukraine completely leveled and the population wiped out.

Patrick would starve a country into submission if you put him in charge of logistics. It takes a lot of MREs to keep a man like Pat in fighting condition.

I posted something a while back about parachuting him behind Russian lines to eat all of their potatoes and drink all their vodka.

Without these two vital components to Russian function, they will surrender within hours.

He'd have to, there's very few black children to eat in Russia. But who knows if he can even consume human food as opposed to humans as food and before you post any Hooligan's I have seen their food too and none of it appears to be fit for human consumption.

I own them, including German translated copies I believe (they're in my novel folder somewhere). I will not read them even if the translated copies have the potential of being funny.
