It's possible he has a chemical dependence at this point and ever compounding liver damage. Also he is old. I have friends that drink as much as him or more but can cut back without withdrawal as they are young. If he was ever to go clean he would need to talk with a doctor first.

I guess just go look back at my last few posts from last night if you want links to clips that have been found so far, I'm not linking them again and I haven't been paying very close attention to the thread for a couple weeks, so I can't give you details other than what I found last night while searching video transcripts.

She was the daughter of a friend, he said he knew her since she was 13. He claims they didn't start hooking up until some point after she was a junior in college, so if he is telling the truth then there is no rape involved. At the very least though, there can be an argument made for grooming.
