The first one is probably on par with nora, she's very successful and lives the dream life ralph wants. She travels the world while getting paid to do it, and she doesn't have to beg retards for the privilege. Does Ralph really think that he can stream himself having a multi-day bender, where he tells his wife he would kill her if they weren't soulmates, and with him drunk and high out of his mind every night without anyone being concerned for his welfare?
Even groypers in the cozy chat were asking if he was okay. He's a fucking mess, a newly married man having a complete meltdown and it's hard to even understand why. Speculation is rampant, but what in the fuck.
Even if May is an attentive mother, this behaviour will effect Rozy. The older she gets around this stuff, especially from her father, it's going to effect her. Of course it is, and that's sad.

Reading between the lines, the local consulate got in touch - it may be the case they only needed to give the name, and the consulate probably already has the address details.

I know fuck all about living abroad but I assume they would only have that information if Ralph did his due diligence and gave it to them when he moved, which I don't find very likely. You could be right though.

Before you disembark at almost any port (at least every foreign county I’ve been too) you fill out a little card about where you intend to stay or reside once you get through customs. I’m sure this info is put on file with both the host country and your consulate. If Ralph got some Mexican residency permit, or whatever ppl showed online, then both the Mexicans and the consulate would be given his address.
The consulate probably just uses the phone number or email they had on file. I doubt they’d do anything more than call or email unless he didn’t respond with 72 hours.

Except he's already moved once since he got there. You think he went to the trouble of updating the US or Mexican authorities with the new one? Although having his phone number on file is plausible it seems more improbable than the caller just providing it.
All that is assuming Ralph is telling the truth about getting that call in the first place.
