I remember his idea for a new pc many years ago. So he asked his patreon members to pony up. BUT he never put aside any of it. So if at the end of the month, aka every month, the target wasn't hit, said money became FUNNY MONEY and the counter was back to $0. Lets just say some paypigs began questioning about that.

That reminds me of this great moment from a week ago. Phil is offered a $500 bounty with the condition that the money would have to go towards a new PC, and Phil tells the guy he can't promise he wouldn't spend the money on something else.

His dents should realize by now that the only way he will get a new pc is if they "behind the scenes" email him pc ideas, pay for the parts(probably around 3k), build the pc, and then ship it to him.

Also they have to make sure his bills are paid, and he has 1k for champions.

That was the funniest part. He ended his "apology" by saying hopefully the dents step up so he doesn't have to meltdown again. Absolutely zero accountability.

Speaking of DSP's eyes. He also has surprisingly thick eyelashes that make him look like a weird tranny sometimes.

Has anybody seen this? Catroller (not a detractor I'm familiar with) did a really good frame-by-frame breakdown of DSP's Street Fighter 6 complaints.

The stuff exposing his poorly timed Guile flashkicks tickled me. More brainlag by the guy.

People are piling up to help him yet still nothing happened? He doesn't need a PC. At this point though, why would he accept any tips towards it, with all these options? That $500 bounty promise, which I assume was bait to reinforce the idea of how greedy he is, if it was real, why would he accept?

Found Catroller's content awhile ago. He makes some pretty good videos, especially when compared to some of the dogshite that some people throw out.

Excellent video. I love Street Fighter and fighting games as a whole. Always been my shit.

I can confidently say that LTG and DSP are both FAR better than the average fighting game player. But that's it.

Neither are good enough to be competitive in any scene other than mindless ranked match streams. Which again, is still more capability than most.

If you think DSP doesn't know everything mentioned in that video, you are kidding yourself. If he were watching his own gameplay under the guise it was someone else's, I'm confident he could diagnose everything going wrong.

But he plays these games the same way he does everything else. "This is what I'm going to do, and this is ALL I'm going to do." There is zero adaptation to his opponents tendencies. There is no plan B.

Players who get over the skill cap that DSP faces, they make habits of watching their own gameplay. Pigroach would never do this.

Not sure about the FAR. DSP skill level = bodied on a regular basis by internet randos. So I'd put him as above average.. Which you better be if you dedicated an entire stage of your life to one specific thing. In his own words I think he claimed to have lived and breathed literally nothing but fighting games for more than a decade so you'll have to excuse me if I'm not impressed by his current performance even if it is better than some guy off the street who is handed a controller.

Well put it like this, over 60% of Street Fighter V players never make it out of Bronze. To make it out of Bronze in SFV you literately just need to understand basic things, you dont even need to know anything about frames or combos. Most people cant get past that. Now compared to "good" players, DSP aint shit. But compared to the distribution of SFV players, hes way above average.

I would concede that DSP is probably worse than the median in skill distribution, but he is far better than average. And I agree with you, hes not impressive at all. Its clear he is brain dead, if he went to any local near him Im sure he would get fucking bodied.

The irony of DSP always complaining about ahnline lag is that his pattern & panic mash style of play is very effective when playing scrubs with lag.

The moment someone with skill comes along though and forces him to adapt, his game gets exposed as holier than the Pope's wedge of Swiss cheese. His reaction timing is dogshit and he mashes a lot.
