Yeah the comparison pretty much confirms something I've had a nagging suspicion over for a while.
These troon "top surgerys" are done with very little care or consideration towards appearance down the line, simply because these "surgeons" know they have a customer base that is very unlikely to complain, and indeed often actively encouraged not to by their own community, which turns on troons that voice any regret, worry, or doubt with the viciousness of gender confused hyenas because they're "harming the trans community" by pointing out the collective insanity of the cult.
Knowing they dont have to worry about their reputation, they have zero incentive to take their time and do things well, indeed they're incentivized to do the opposite as the quicker they can get them on and off the table, the more procedures they can make and hence more money.
The whole thing is an exercize in greed and takes advantage of the seeming collective insanity of people of gender and the idiots that buy into it.
If the victims weren't such disgusting perverted freaks it would be tragic, but its hard to have sympathy for the gender specials after you get to know what they are really like as people.

Kicking the bucket one month after a surgery is unusual, unless there was some kind of sepsis.

(Theres of course always a risk with surgeries, especially with surgeries that deal with major plumbing like ftm butchery. But the risk is usually the highest during or immediately after surgery.)
