As for the rest, Phil can improve by changing his attitude but that is impossible for him. This is a man so deluded he thinks edited videos uploaded daily take less work than splicing a recording into two or three sections. He has always assumed quality overruled quantity in terms of time put in. Phil will be the same greedy self-entitled piece of shit he is today in ten years because he believes his own delusions.
