But would another group of Invaders even be considered Gen 3. I figure the Invaders have the benefit of being at a company before and having at least some idea how things operate than someone who is a 2view indie. It's far less strenuous for Phase Connect to just extend the invite over to them as Invaders/"Gen 2.5" like Lumi and Yuri were essentially "Gen 1.5". Then they can just continue their focus on Gen 3 like their original plans.
I think at least they seem like good fits. There's no other sheep, spider, or dog in Phase Connect either. I think they fit in places pretty comfortably with the rest of the roster as far as personalities, streams, etc. to keep it diverse. I mean everyone everywhere seems to suggest Fishman should poach, it just seems like a natural move.
In the end though, it's up to each one to agree being signed on and maybe they have different outlooks. Same thing with Phase Connect, we're only on the outside looking in. Pippa seemed like she couldn't fully process it yet in the stream yesterday. She's probably a bit more okay with getting rejected from Tsunderia after all.
Also, someone mentioned Lisa should shoot for Hololive which I didn't consider, but I think she'd be a strong applicant though. It would definitely be a gamble, but a big payoff if she wins. However, I think the timing just isn't there in the end. HololiveEN needs to focus on getting their talents to stream on a consistent basis. It really does seem like the disgruntled opinion of not working due to anxiety or something most jobs wouldn't tolerate is growing more after this year, but the majority still seems sympathetic enough. The market is crowded but at the same time is feels like it's a lot harder to find diamonds in the rough as far as a potential new HololiveEN gen.
