One thing we know for sure is this surgery won't bring Dylan into a female range, and he'll end up getting enough cosmetic procedures to wind up looking like Cassandra from Doctor Who.

Just gotta say, real women can have bulges (lol) like that too, they just have a round and feminine face and jaw to balance it out, unless they're unlucky.

I know of women with rather masculine features (low, thick brows, hooded eyes, etc) that still look obviously feminine because of the rest of the face.

Stuff likes this makes me wonder how our brains work when it categorises faces into female, male, and ???.

Oh well, sperging over. I look forward to his botched face reveal.

At first I thought "oh boy those are fucked up brows" but then Dylan's looked kinda nuts ever since he overplucked and manicured his manbrows anyway (not that he didn't look nuts before)

It's hard to get a good comparison but this is Dylan just before surgery. There's a different focal length going on (telephoto lens vs selfie camera) and obvi slightly different angles and facial expression and Dylan's looking down in one rather than straight on (and professional makeup and retouching in the other obvi).

I think the brows might have actually been left alone. Check where the brow is sitting in relation to the shape of the eye socket shadow and the light hitting the edge of the brow bone - they look roughly in the same places.

Nose is different, but nose surprises there

Remember itll be highly edited and professional hair and makeup. Makeup can transform someone like crazy especially fake lashes etc.

His eye sockets are massive fucking holes! I never really noticed until the troonmageddon began, but NO woman has a thick enough skull for a lich's eye pit like THAT.
