I don't practice Insolvency law, but I am a Canadian and a lawyer and a former public servant. I know based on the bit of Insolvency I picked up in the bar course moons ago that she is only having a discharge hearing for a second bankruptcy if her trustee or a creditor is opposing the discharge.

And, if it is because she hasn't done her bankruptcy duties or ghosted him, it is the trustee opposing it. I'm not going to hit the dude up, I don't even have Twitter, but the part of me who sympathizes with a fellow Officer of the Court, who is likely a huge nerd about finance and has strong opinions about financial crime or fraud (yet as u point out is likely working mad hours) is not going to condem anyone who provides the trustee with evidence. Dude deserves not to be blindsided by the Guntress at the hearing or waste precious time negotiating an out for her when she refuses to complete her duties in a timely manner.

Chantal has an equal duty under the law to act in good faith to discharge her bankruptcy as her trustee has and if dude is feeling a little bad faithed after 5 years on a file that could have been concluded under statute in 21 to 36 months if she followed some simple steps...I'm neutral on him cracking the whip based on cow tippers' tips. It's an investigation (the Act gives trustees and the Superintendent or Bankruptcy the power to conduct investigation into the bankrupt person's financial actions while in bankruptcy) like any other...sometimes the public comes forward and provides much needed info and or evidence.

I'm here for the ride, and the spectacle like the people who attend the public gallery for bail court.
