Very Important Beezers / "VIBs" - A collection of Chantal/Foodie Beauty’s astonishingly retarded channel members that pay to be disappointed

Don't believe shit without an obit. If true I'm upset at losing a new potential cow. Her brand of white trash is the best. If she killed herself because of "online bullying" then lmao. Likely OD though, IF true.
I'm a fellow skeptic. However, I think @Windex raised some good points. Also, since two local news outlets (of dubious quality) have "reported" on this, then they will have been duped too.

Not everyone has an obit, and we're unlikely to see the body (although hubby is encouraged to upload a pic of the funeral). So unless she reappears in nyah-nyah fashion, which she might, I'm leaning toward believing it, even if I am only 60% of the way there.

By the way, not sure if this was linked, sorry if it is a duplicate: https://www.yourbasin.com/news/just...s-out-after-wife-mother-of-5-dies-by-suicide/

Edit: I see now that @Fatty2988 had already posted that link. But I'll leave it in my post in case anyone missed it.

I didn't see the husband's video at first, now I'm convinced it's a grift.
Looking at his facebook, seems he grifts a lot.

Also video of his house, confirming the house in the dox.

Sorry but my cynical ass is never going to believe a grieving husband will hop online hours after his wife kills herself to set up a fundraiser. When someone dies, especially in the home, there's a lot of crap that happens when it comes to removing the body, cleanup, law enforcement, etc. Making arrangements for the body and dealing with the funeral home can take days. Unless you planned ahead, you're not going to have a nice tidy total right away and if the person was smart enough to have life insurance, that takes time to sort. If you have kids, especially small ones, they need some intense care, god forbid they found or saw the body. It's highly suspect that this dude popped on GFM within a day.
My experience comes from my kid's best friend blowing his brains out at home. Little bro found the body, the family was a disaster for months and could never have set up a grift like this dude.

Tldr: scam likely, imo.

I'm only clarifying this because my timeline was initially wrong, but he actually made the GFM the same day as her death. Note both posts are from 3 days ago.

LifebyJen had an obit and she was dirt poor and you know damn well Gene didn't pay for it. If she had one, why wouldn't this mother of 5 also have one?
Also death notices are FREE. You’ll see them on the obits page, they are very brief and to the point. Obits and death notices require a death certificate and that’s why they are considered the only legit sources for reporting death - not GFM or some weird news aggregate that uses FB as a source.

I tend to agree. He would have been making a video before the corner’s wagon was out of the driveway,

She was getting lambasted on YT, not what she had hoped for. They are obviously grifters living crap shack in fucking west Texas on welfare. I could see her deciding trying to be a YT personality in gorl world sucked, but maybe she had enough exposure to finally milk some decent number of sympathy donos. She certainly wasn’t going to make any money of YT so go to the tried and true scam,

I’ll believe when a death notice is published or death certificate is filed on record which is also published in papers along with deed transfers and marriage licenses.

To be fair, there was potential for her to do well since there's not anyone I can think of who takes the pro-Chantal position, but she would have had to accept that her audience would be almost entirely made up of hate watchers. Missy Moo could have pulled that off but she was too personally invested in Chantal as a person to be able to get behind her and defend her no matter what she said or did.

I also find it extremely odd that you would hop on to make a youtube video. Granted these people look like retards and even under the circumstances of "bullying", I find it to be bizarre behavior to fire up a youtube video to tell fat women on the internet they're mean and responsible for the suicide of your wife. Unless of course it's to get more eyes on a gofundme. I mean if my wife of 15 or whatever years killed herself and left me with 5 kids, the last thing on my mind would be publishing a youtube video to address a bunch of fat women and retards.

To be clear, I don't think anyone involved here is a conniving mastermind. They're opportunistic grifters. She started a reaction channel, didn't like how it was going -- either because people were laughing at her or because she didn't immediately make as much money as FFG, because what are the odds this proto-cow knows anything about anything? -- and decided a melodramatic flounce was her best option. From that sprung the plan to benefit from it.

I mean, I was wrong about Monty's whore of a mother actually dying, so I'm sure I could be wrong about this, too. But it stinks worse than Gunt after hurpling across a Kuwaiti camel corral and follows a predictable pattern of hysterical fat cunts on the internet who will do damn near anything for attention (and money, even if as an afterthought).

ETA

I was really leaning towards scam too, but I saw this and it looks like they have a funeral home picked out and will be doing a memorial service for her in some park. If this is a scam, they’re really going the extra mile.

I predict that for $4.5k and counting, they will go many extra miles that don't involve providing anything close to evidence. Some Karen should be calling that funeral home momentarily, I'm sure, but anyone can sit on their ass and say they're totally planning a memorial.

This timeline also seems super compressed to me. Elderly people in hospice care and who are expected to die any minute don't get their deaths announced and the funeral plans made this quickly.

I find it interesting that obituaries suddenly appeared on weird sites, none of which appear to be an actual funeral home, after it was questioned here. The "obituary" posted is just the go fund me info essentially, it's not even an obituary.

Edit:
Posted before seeing the above, there is no obit as of yet on La Paz.

obits can be made online for free, and purchased pretty cheap. In odessa looks like they start at $190. However to memorialize a facebook page you have to provide a scan of a death cert. It could be real, I'm still 50/50. The way the husband started to capitalize and grift on the event instantly just screams shady to me. I don't know, I guess dumb retards prioritize making youtube videos before their loved one's dead body isn't even cold yet. It could just be I'm underestimating retardation.
