Imagine being these people, having this off-putting (but they assume, naively, harmless) old man come up and chat them up about their minerals. They sell him a few things, he talks about maybe "transacting" again, and they think "oh, maybe we'll get another sale, that's nice". Then they log on to facebook to see this shitgoblin talking about how he's going to have filthy hobo sex with them, with pictures of their faces and names attached. Then they finally google Tommy Tooter, and they realize with horror what they've come into contact with.

For sure. He's always done that shit, and it's an obvious extension of him being a fucking rapist. To Tom sex is about feeling powerful and degrading your partner, so he sees violating their trust and publicly advertising their private business regardless of their wishes to be totally natural (not that the three way actually happened).

It's easy to get used to Tom in a lot of ways, but sometimes he really has a way of making you despise him.
