Fucking hell...
Damn, that voice change and close up on that video scared the shit out of me! (2.17ish) Legit thought the bitch was gonna crawl out of the screen and eat me...

I was talking with an OT today and found out something interesting about a very innocuous munchie prop.
A lot of them use weighted blankets. We see them pop up all the time. But apparently they're contraindicated for pain and PTSD. Which all of those girls I've seen using them claim to have.
I know that they're recommended for things like autism but honestly weighted blankets are just really cozy. I feel like they've sort of entered the realm of the vogmask/masks in general- so common for normies to use that they're no longer seen as a speshul medical accessory

Checked out the HeroicK9s website [archive] to see if there was anything about services being paused while Eli is paralyzed.
Their "About Us" section has been updated, copy/pasted under a spoiler. They also finally added Credentials, included under spoiler.
Jaye Sword is a San Diego County dog trainer and canine behavioral therapist combining psychological, physical, and genetic components along with the fundamentals of animal behavior to teach YOU how to bring out the best in your dog.
“I was born into a family of shepherd people. My grandmother bred and trained German Shepherds for both the police force and for amazing family companions for many years, so I was raised primarily by the dogs and learned to read energy and body language before I spoke a word – I now speak dog way better than I speak human!
With my childhood mutt Zeno, I dabbled in disc dog and agility. My abilities started to change as I grew up, and I started my journey as a service dog handler while still in high school. I adopted Hero (our namesake!) from Labs & More in 2014 and started training with and working for a local force-free trainer learning service dog skills, play-based instruction, and more. I also began volunteering with the rescue to foster and socialize former strays to increase the likelihood that they would get adopted.
After six years of working as a service dog team, Hero was attacked by an aggressive dog in public. Suddenly, everything changed. The positive methods that had worked so well teaching foundation and advanced skills to a stable dog no longer broke through his mental blocks. This event, though traumatizing for both of us, kickstarted my passion for dog psychology and communication! I struggled to find a trainer who was both affordable for me as a college student, as well as who had the knowledge to help him (and I) with the severe anxiety and dog reactivity that resulted from the incident. I eventually found myself apprenticing under, and later working for, a more compulsion-based “old school” trainer and chose to build familiarity with various training styles once I left, including balanced training, hybrid training and LIMA (least-invasive, minimally-aversive). Over time, I have assembled a spectrum-based training style using both personal and professional experience!
While still building my canine repertoire, I discovered the working dog community. I joined sport and working dog clubs, practiced as a schutzhund and protection dog decoy, and was introduced to the many different international and American bitesports that dogs can participate in! Once I titled multiple dogs (both client dogs as well as my own), and became comfortable with many fields of services for dogs, I opened HeroicK9s with my fiance Elias in November 2020. I gained my AKC evaluatorship, started my continued education focusing on canine behavior and therapeutic training methods, and have now begun the process of training as a professional decoy. Opening HeroicK9s has given me the opportunity to work with every breed, age, and type of dog and to show both local and national owners how to work towards their goals with their dogs! I look forward to continuing to increase my knowledge with both hands-on experience and certification programs, one day starting my own working dog kennel, and improving the mental health and communication of as many dogs and humans as I can.”
Elias Gaines is the founder, owner, and Media Manager of HeroicK9s LLC, aiming to make the training and behavior world more accessible for military, queer, disabled, and low-income dog owners and their families both locally and nationally.
“I am a 3rd generation San Diegan. After being raised alongside my family dog Jake, a hound/shepherd mix, taking in and raising a stray kitten, I fell in love with caring for and owning animals. I started volunteering with the San Diego Humane Society in elementary school and was very involved with events like the annual Walk for Animals for multiple years. From 2016 to 2018, I was a junior volunteer at Helen Woodward’s Pet Encounter Therapy program caring for and grooming multiple species including reptiles, birds, and rodents. Eventually, I owned a large mischief (yes, that’s what they’re called!) of rats and got a “senior” bearded dragon through metabolic bone disease using proper nutrition and supplemental care.
Once I graduated from highschool, I adopted my first rescue dog Benjamin. While training him through his anxiety and working towards a goal of him being a service dog for my depression and PTSD, I started working as an independent dog sitter & walker for dogs who not every sitter was interested in working with. This increased my experience level with dogs who struggled with separation anxiety, pulling, and not allowing people into their homes. Ben was attacked by a stranger dog in 2019, before he even hit 2 years old, and he unfortunately couldn’t continue his career due to severe isolation distress and dog reactivity that I couldn’t afford to remedy due to the crazy prices of trainers in the area. A few months later, still needing a service dog, I took home an AKC standard poodle Prince who worked with me for multiple years. As time went on, my disability changed and my needs increased in a way he couldn’t provide. I found an amazing family out-of-state with a son who is autistic, worked on teaching some new tasks, and rehomed Prince knowing he would be an amazing fit for the son’s needs. With the experience I gained working with my two personal dogs, and the knowledge I built from caring for different breeds, sizes, and temperaments, I started working at doggy daycares! At multiple facilities in San Diego as well as a facility in Denver, CO, I was educated on canine first aid, humane grooming practices, and LIMA (least-invasive, minimally-aversive) training. I have used this knowledge to build my current dog, Maizy, up as a service dog and sport dog.
Overall, my life experiences and current life goals have transformed into a deep passion for combining science with training, and how the “nature vs. nurture” concept affects animal behavior. As the owner of HeroicK9s LLC, I now strive to show dog owners and handlers alike how minute changes in diet, routine, and relationship can make a significant difference in how your dog feels, behaves, and performs. I am working towards a canine nutrition certification and have a future goal of education in combining holistic and pharmaceutical medicine, canine fitness conditioning for both sports and recovery, and taking HeroicK9s as far as it can go.”
TL;DR:
Jaye became interested in dog psychology after Hero was attacked and had to be washed. Wants to open his own working dog kennel.
Eli founded HeroicK9s. She rehomed Prince to a random autistic kid because her needs increased. No more mention of dog reiki.
Neither of them have any serious education about dog training, just a few bullshit certificates - some of which are not even finished. Being a kennel tech and volunteer shelter dog trainer doesn't mean you can train aggressive dogs, Jaye. Do you want another Scout incident?
Alright, we saw this one in Nicole's post (albeit buried in a spoiler) and I was just going to write a simple point-and-laugh-at-munchie-insta-account after I found her cheering on geneticlly_bendy, nothing special. We’d get a few quick laughs, then we’d move on. I archived her accounts and prepared part one of this, taking us up to the start of 2019. But her internet footprint is horrifyingly vast and while doing my pre-post fact check, I found like six old abandoned accounts with all new information in them. I had to completely rewrite the entire goddamned thing. And then as I was writing that I found more, even older accounts and had to rewrite it again. And again, and again. Each time I found something new, it chipped away at her lies just a little bit more and made the whole thing even funnier.
My next friend is Jamie “Jemma” Bruce d/b/a @zebrajemma amongst like two dozen other handles. As the handle suggests, Jamie is another EDS zebra but fret not, she’s super fun and she says the quiet part out loud all the time. And she’s Jehovah’s Witness, because we strive for diversity and inclusion in this here Munchies General thread.

Do you know how many of these accounts I knew about when I almost posted the first draft? Four. It’s been a weird couple of days, my friends. Many of these accounts have been wiped off the internet. Some like her Vine account I don’t even know what her username was. Enough of them are extant to make this one of my favorite timelines I’ve ever gotten to research and write. Let's go.
Jamie is a 29 (almost 30) year old woman currently living in Colorado but originally from New Hampshire or at least New England, somewhere near the ocean. Sometime before 2006 she moved to Colorado with her parents, who split and both remarried. Jamie remained with her father, stepmother, and two younger siblings, a brother who is probably full blood and a much younger sister who I think is her stepmother’s from a previous relationship. There’s so many half-truths in her autobiography that it’s like impossible to sort out what’s true and what’s her flapping her gums on social media for attention. As you will learn over the course of this, Jamie’s biggest wish is to be a famous pop idol from East Asia even though she’s a white chick from the States.
The oldest extent account I can find for her is a youtube channel called Rock100girl961 which dates all the way back to 2007. She’s in her early teens. It’s mostly annoying ~random~ humor of the era (*holds up spork*) and teenage dance videos but we get some breadcrumbs.
She does her first, sloppy front handspring in Sept 2008 at age 15. Front handspring is one of the most basic gymnastics tumbling skills after like a cartwheel. So she’s not a competition gymnast. She’s a hobby gymnast who likely started training in her teens or just restarted training after a long time off.
She has no dance experience but she’s hoping to take lessons soon!
She’s apparently just friends with some girls who do take dance lessons and are teaching her their routines because she wants to be on this pom/Belles team. Note the knee brace.
In 2009 she does her first cosplay, Sora from Kingdom Hearts. She said she made this whole costume and the keyblade herself. Pretty impressive for a first shot if that’s true.
By the way it’s not her first cosplay. Here’s one from a year earlier. Yeah, it’s at worst just a stupid pointless lie and more generously, you can chalk it up to her saying the Sora one was the first she made vs this one which she either bought or borrowed. I just wanna show you what I mean by I had to rewrite the whole thing. Almost every shred of backstory I gave in my first version is wrong.
Anyway here she goes ice skating and does a few little tricks for the first time. She’s there with a young woman who figure skates and this person is apparently teaching her some basics. See I’m saying all this because when I wrote the first copy, she had made it sound like she was a lifelong ballet dancing, figure skating, gymnast and I had a whole paragraph about how high level training in multiple body-focused sports pretty much guaranteed she was going to end up an ana-chan munchie but holy shit that wasn’t even the case. She was just friends with the girls who did the body-focused sports and wanted to be them.
In December 2009 we get the Deviant Art. She’s doing some lukewarm spicy shit like furry art and yaoi. And uh, I guess this last one is incest and now I am uncomfortable. It’s not the only time she specifically does twin sibling incest art and a lot of her cosplay friends also think this is a super romantic trope. Anime, not even once.
Also genderbent sora, I hate it here.
I don't speak weeb so if any of her ranting about pretty cartoon boys is funny I don't know it. I just find it hellishly annoying
She's taking social dance in school.
Falls down the stairs and gets a little bruised up but she’s fine! She even goes ice skating after.
She’s been ice skating a lot these days. Good, it’s good to have hobbies and stay active.
Feb 2010 she gives herself a black eye. She’s either super accident prone, trying to do that uwu clumsy animu girl thing (that's a thing right?), or injuring herself on purpose for attention. You’ll see where I fall on the debate soon.
We learn her parents got divorced in 2006 or thereabouts and she hasn’t really processed it. Her maternal grandma’s in the ICU, breast cancer survivor but she now there’s cancer in her spine and hip. She’s dying. She knows grandma will be fine in the afterlife. But her mother is broke and living in a homeless shelter and she’s about to lose the most important person in her life. Well this is sad. Her grandmother does die a few weeks later in March but she doesn’t post about it.
In this one she says her step-sister (step-father’s daughter) beat up her biological mother, punching her repeatedly in the face and leaving her battered and bruised. And now she has to tell her mother she never wants to see her again because of her step-sister.
Another time where she falls down the stairs and also smashes her hand in between a chair and a desk and only has normal bangs and bruises from it.
She’s, I guess, taking rock climbing as a PE unit at school. She hurt her stupid elbow and now she has to sit it out.
She hangs from stuff a lot. Just yanno. Tuck it away for future reference.
In this one she says she is buying pointe shoes for a cosplay, and when she goes to get fitted for them the fitters can’t do their job because she can’t go up en pointe properly. She says it’s because she hasn’t done ballet in forever. Wait didn’t you just say you have no dance experience?
Here’s the shoes. She doesn’t like them because they don’t look like her friend’s/they’re a smaller box than “she’s used to.”
In the comments someone points out that she has called the shank of her shoe “the plank” and begs her to get some proper training before she tries to go up on them. She blames her friend for the terminology issue and says she now has an instructor but she’s also been properly trained.
The darn things don’t fit! They’re squeezing her toes! Those fitters know nothing! She has a preference for Bloch Balance European size 6xxx. That’s what her friend wears. FTR the style is “European balance.” So yeah, the comment about she hasn’t done ballet in forever? She means she hasn’t fucked around in her friends’ pointe shoes in forever. She has never taken a ballet lesson. Most ballet schools won’t let you go en pointe until your technique is solid after years of training to minimize the risk of injury. Another thing to just stick back there in the corner of your mind because you may need to reference it in the future hint hint. Also, my first thought is she’s been using dead shoes because I can’t imagine any serious ballet dancer letting a friend a friend fuck up their pointe shoes – those little cunts are expensive – but then I remembered these are teenagers we’re talking about.
(By the way, on this account she posted some old drawings she did and it seems she’s been obsessed with ballet since she was 12ish, but no idea if that’s when she started trying to use pointe shoes or if she was just doodling and wishful thinking)
But her pom squad tryouts are soon! She’s trying out but only to help a friend, and she can’t be on the team. Huh. So she’s just, what, learning the routine her friends are actually doing for tryouts?
She’s famous! People at a con recognize her from her popular youtube cosplay videos!
...that get ~200 views each. I know, she’s a kid, kids say dumb shit, it’s just funny because as an adult she will continue to say dumb shit based on dumb shit she said as a kid. Funny enough, the ones from the 2010 con get 15k views, but they were posted after she posted this message.
Tryouts! She makes the JV Poms team before the tryouts even started! She’s never taken an actual class! Everyone says she’s the best dancer! She just needs parental permission so she can join.
She doesn’t get it and can’t explain why. She’s devastated because she totally made the team but her parents say she can’t do it. They just don’t understand her need to dance! Anyone else think Jamie is barely squeaking by academically because her brain is too full of yaoi and delusions of grandeur and her parents are trying to keep her from devoting even more time to things that are not passing her classes?
Or maybe it's just "you have enough hobbies that are eating up what money we have." Poor thing might have to repeat costumes. What a tragedy!
It could be both, since she gets to do her super fun theater performance but then suddenly gets sick on the way home and misses her ACTs. For non-burgers, ACT is the American College Test, a standardized college readiness exam. Nearly every university requires proof of readiness from either ACT or SAT scores and while she's only midway through her junior year, this is about when she's going to be needing those scores for her college apps.
Somehow she manages to get though the school year and she's finally no longer sick. What luck! She did get a 'mini sunstroke" from being out in the heat too much.
June 2010 she announces she’s had four concussions. Months after her last one she starts having symptoms again. Her friends tell her it’s probably just a migraine.
Right around here she makes the DanceLoveLily/Jema [ジェンマ] account on youtube to showcase her j-pop and anime dancing. The start of this channel is so impossibly cringe.
In July on her other youtube, she’s hanging out of trees and off light posts for photo shoots and jumping up and down on one foot.
She’s sprained her ankle and tell us to ignore the brace. What brace? And what person with a sprained ankle is going to be dancing like this?
Back to the dance channel. she's joined some kind of "dance collective' with two other weebs. It's very short lived with only one video no one cares about.
The descriptions on videos on her dance channel give us a lot of fascinating backstory I missed when I just had her current zebra persona, even though most of them aren't worth watching. In August 2010 she says her ankle is still sprained. Still jumping around on it.
She also says she’s started school and will be homeschooled for her final year. No word on why and she stops talking about school right after this. Never announces if she graduated or anything and never attends college from what I can tell.
She goes to Nan Desu Kan in September and is all smiles and giggles getting fake married to her friend. This took place from September 10-12.
She comes back in October saying she was getting a "bootie thing" for her foot and hoped she could squeeze in a few more dances before it. She then dances on this fucked ankle even though she's been explicitly told not to.
Over on DA she tells us that on September 6, her mother died. This is true, as far as I can tell. Her biological mother died suddenly from a heart condition at age 38. she seems super nonchalant about it, but it’s not a lie. So mom was divorced, remarried, broke, homeless, has limited custody of her biological children, getting beat up by her own stepdaughter, Jamie wants no contact, and then she suddenly died of heart failure (she later says her left ventricle collapsed). Idk my gut is hard drugs. Maybe she just really had a run of rotten luck in her last years but Jamie saying she never wanted to see her again sounds like she was tired of dealing with addict bullshit. Or maybe it was a Jehuahua thing, mom strayed from the church and pious Jemma wouldn’t have it. Who knows?
On some cosplay site she tells the tale of how she won her first contest weeks after her mom died thanks to her Sora costume, which I guess was NDK.
In November on YT she tells us she's had a "sprained" ankle since March and it's somehow getting worse. i can't imagine how.
She's explicitly been told to stop dancing on it so what does she do? Dance more. Don't worry, the cold numbed it!
This post tells us she had a rash and stomach problems from eating moldy food because she’s allergic to penicillin (lmao) at the same time her little sister has an ER trip for her peanut allergy. But more importantly… she’s now into k-pop. It takes a while to really take hold and for the next few years she’s more occupied with weeaboo shit to really go full Kpop brain rot yet. But oh, it’s coming.
In March 2011 she starts yet another youtube account, LittleHunnySenpai, that blessedly is only used for five minutes. She posts a video of her doing some basic gymnastics skills at a con.
And she’s finally finished the ballet costume she needed the pointe shoes for. Yes she goes on pointe for this. I have no idea if she’s doing it correctly or not, but man that ankle looks fine to me.
Afterwards she relaxes with some nice low-impact Dance Dance Revolution on a concrete slab floor.
She tells us a few months later that she's had a sprained ankle for an entire year and all the doctors and chiros she's been to can't figure it out.. on a video where she's dancing in kitten heels.
A month of dancing later it shockingly has still not healed!
In May she graduates high school.
In June she announces she needs surgery on her right foot and she's torn her AFTL. Of course, she announces this on a video where she's dancing in wedges.
Still dancing on it even though it hurts. Now also bragging about how little she eats while maintaining this level of activity. So let me detour right here for some sperging about why her descent into kpop standom, when it happens, is one of the bigger red flags in her account, as far as I’m concerned.
I’m a bit apprehensive because the last time I tried to say anything negative about K-pop online I was unaware of the surrounding culture and for weeks after my inbox was full of BTS gifs and deranged women telling me I was a dirty k-pop hater who should be destroyed for standing in the way of their favorite pretty asian boy’s success. It was one of the more surreal experiences of my adult life. So lemme just say, I am not by any stretch a k-pop fan. I could not tell you who these people are. My knowledge of this pretty much begins and ends with seeing “stan Loona” &etc spammed across the internet, but I have no fuck clue if Loona is a band or an individual. What I am a fan of is keeping on top of what the pro-anas are doing, because I believe a lot of munchausen-by-social-media is just an extension of pro-ana culture.
One of the things that cropped up in that realm alongside the kpop phenomenon is the concept of “ulzzangs,” or “best face.” It’s an overall beauty standard focusing on certain things like pale smooth skin, big eyes, long legs, a button nose, pouty pink/red lips, v-shaped jawline, and a casual sexy/cool wardrobe. Ulzzangs are people who become internet famous for having this look and I guess entering beauty contests online and some of them later become k-pop idols or actors or whatever I do not care. A big, big part of being an ulzzang is being extremely thin. There are whole websites cataloguing the daily diet and exercise habits of various korean pop stars and internet famous people and giving out tips for shedding the pounds. These include water fasts, eating only bananas, eating only as much as you can fit in a paper cup, eating only vegetables, and even that old standard of consuming only lemon juice, a small amount of maple syrup, and cayenne pepper in water for days. Infographics show what these pop singers allegedly eat daily while on a grueling exercise and dance rehearsal schedule. Exercise plans talk about how they work out for hours daily out no matter how bad they feel. The websites hold this up as a virtue and encourage young girls to do the same for guaranteed weight loss.
There’s lipservice paid to “East Asians have smaller frames so being underweight by our standards is fine for them” but they make no mistake that lower weight is desirable and even if your frame is big you should aim no higher than the lowest end of healthy for your height if you want to be a true ulzzang. They only sometimes refrain from openly calling their favorite pics “thinspo.”
My point is: these blogs are functionally indistinguishable from the initial pro-ana sites of yore, but somehow get a pass by social media censors and are easily accessible. All I had to do to find this info was type “ulzzangs diets” into a search engine. If I type in “pro-ana diets” I get a page after page of websites telling me this is a dangerous trend and warning me of dire things that will happen if I follow it, while the ulzzangs websites that pop up tell me it’s totally safe and healthy to follow exactly the same diet plans and that being underweight is a reasonable goal. I don’t really care if K-pop is what gets your eustachian tubes erect and I’m not interested in discussing the relative merits and deficiencies of mass-manufactured pop culture of any ethnic extraction. I just want everyone to keep in mind that this is a thing and the odds that the extremely online and obsessive Jamie is not aware of it during her Peak K-pop era are marginal.
That’s all. And to any kpop stans reading I also stan whats-his-or-her-or-their-face(s) please don’t hurt me.
Showing off her boot on DA.
In October she gets the walking cast off and is right back to dancing. She's in so much pain!!
Here she straight up admits it: they've already told her she needs surgery so why not do as much damage as she can in the meantime? She's going to learn and post nine more dances before her December surgery date and then she's off her feet for six months. She tells people she can't afford the surgery and she's taking cosplay commissions.
Including this video clip just because in the description she claims she seriously blew out her ankle and had to let it heal before she could keep recording. You be the judge. she just looks like she's embarrassed she tripped on her own shoe while recording. She looks fine to me.
She indeed gets surgery in December and vlogs herself coming out of anesthesia and giggling. Again the videos themselves aren't very interesting but the description is. It was her first ever time in the hospital, first time getting an IV, it hurts and she has a panic attack. They eventually get an IV in, sedate her and numb her leg, and she successfully has the surgery. The only interesting thing she says is after a day the numbness wears off and she can feel the pain from the surgery for the first time. She's going to need a walking cast for 6-8 weeks and then she can start PT. Just the transcript on that last one, she's irritated she has to be off the foot and wants to get up and dance right now.
And she does. Using her crutches and a knee scooter, she does a dance days after she's been operated on. She puts no weight on it but man, this kid.
Here's the proof she actually did have surgery. She had a modified Brostrom Ligament Repair where they shortened and anchored her ATFL, which she said she badly stretched out from sports. It can't have anything to do with her obsessively dancing on it after it was injured and she was told to stop dancing. She shows us her X-rays and the incisions.
We'll stop here even though this was all just exposition and she's still like five years off of evolving to her true munchie form. I know it's a lot of back story and unfortunately it's not over yet. In part 2 she'll get a taste of the life she thinks she wants and this sets us up beautifully for the life she currently has.

Wasn't Stanina a micropreemie? She's got that very narrow hatchet like face that I've noticed on preemie survivors who were very sick babies and fail to thrive cases.
Dani marinara has a similar look and she was also a preemie.
There's DEFINITELY some psychological link between being the very sick special baby and then growing up and not being sick or special any more and all of this nonsense.
Remember that girl with the crazy eyes who larped DID along with other illnesses? She claimed ti work in some psych or care facility and would make stupid videos from her car while wearing her scrubs.
Short hair, big eyes, dramatic facial expressions etc. What happened to her?
So, Eagle eyed kiwis will remember that Rose's feeding toob was removed some months ago after a tug of love between her and her Doctors. And of course Rose has been completely unable to eat ever since and naturally is now admitted to hospital for TPN and they find a bonus brain lesion (press x to doubt).
But wait...what's this?
I just don't understand it. Rose has had no toob for months and she has no way to get nutrition into her body. How could they be so cruel as to refuse her her delicious bloodstream noms?
It makes no sense! This girl is wasting away you monsters!

I caught her live and boy did it give me the squicks. She's so greasy.
She was quite excited about getting TPN and the prospect of a hospital stay of undetermined length, then poof, the sack of lard is at home trying on new clothes.
Also peep her using both hands to open packages with no issues in the pants fit video.
I know fatties can be malnourished and all that but does Rose seriously think anyone is buying that she hasn't been eating for months when she's that fucking tubby? Gorl is going to be Beefany's size by Easter at this rate...
