Sure if you're grasping at your chest saying you can't breathe and have bacon grease running through your veins it makes sense that you might think you're having a heart attack. It doesn't necessarily mean you are.
I already mentioned this. One way estranged family will attempt to force contact is by making claims that "the asshole" is dying, and that it is time to make amends. I do wonder who contacted Garret, I'm guessing it was Jr.
Or maybe they thought it was serious and they sent the message saying that they thought he'd be dead.
Got a friend of mine who's grandfather complained one morning that he was having trouble breathing and this was when COVID was ramping up so... spring of 2020. Everybody thought that's what it was. It's gotta be COVID, that's one of the signs right? So they were worried he was going to die and they were already making plans, they were informing everybody that he was in the hospital and it wasn't looking good... and then they got the diagnosis. Long story short he's old so he's on a dozen medications and gets them all in one of those "pill binders" where they set it up so you have the pills in large blister packs for the morning, afternoon and night. One of the medications he was taking was no longer being made and instead of telling them to use another one his cardiologist just said, "he doesn't need that anymore" and they stopped providing it. A week later he's in the hospital with fluid in his lungs because of it.
The solution? Give him a shot or something to have him piss it all out. Seriously he said he was pissing every 20 minutes before they got rid of it all. He's perfectly fine now or as fine as an 85 year old man with a bad heart can be.
His cardiologist retired that week because the family was threatening to sue him for negligence but that's another story.
Point is, we don't know what happened to Jagoff. We can only go by what Garret and others have said. It might have been a heart attack or might have been something more benign.

Part of me thinks Tammy might be sending these messages... but if Jack really is in such bad condition, it's exceptionally short-sighted. How do you explain "Jack is fine" suddenly leading to "we had to pull the plug"?

Although I agree with everyone else that this sounds like Tammy impersonating him to make it look like Jack isn’t dead and/or dying. She tried so hard to stay in character! Just needed a mention of visiting Arby’s!
I know people who have had a stroke, and it completely debilitated them. Even with heart attacks they're sometimes never the same again. The fact that this guy has been through several at this point is fucking crazy.

Jagoff uses speech to text because of his gimp arm and doesn't go back to change shit. So he either didn't write this or Facebook and Twatter have a way to edit your posts.
Or the use of "tour" could just be his mushbrained ways and that's the word he's latched onto.
