F.A.Qs about Jail, State Hospital, and Court

Maybe they are looking for openings in terms of homes that they can put him in? As he would probably be a permanent resident, there might be a lack of places that they can dump him into at the moment so they might be waiting for a place that has room to take him and the back-and-forth deliberations between the attorneys and the judge that go with it.
Considering the fact he is charged with fucking his elderly mother, Chris can be seen by many as a potential danger to women. In addition, because he identifies as a woman, this means its a risk putting him in a home with men. This is why he's been in protective custody since he was arrested and sent to jail way back in 2021 - they don't want to risk him getting beaten up by the other inmates who, like any other living being with a shred of humanity, hate sex offenders.

Its almost completely certain that the reason Chris isn't in a group home right now is because none of them want to take him in. Either because of the gender situation, or the fact that he's an accused sex offender. Instead he's stuck in jail for the near future until he either gets released, or goes to Prison.

As a side note, Virginia only recognizes transgender people as their declared gender legally if they've had surgery. Chris simply changed the gender on his driving license and started wearing a dress, which doesn't count under Virginia law. That's why he's in a men's prison, and why he's listed as male on the docket.

If he does end up in a home, he will probably be drugged into a permanent stupor with medication to make him easier to deal with.

If the latest report on the state of Chris is to be believed from the visitor account, they already have him on something in jail that is causing him to slur his speech and be somewhat sedated.

Keeping Chris a docile zombie for the rest of his days would have many advantages, both for everyone else as well as for Chris himself for his own good in the long run.

Surprise, surprise.
What is it with Chris and cases just being continued?
Because the system can't just release him this time cause what he's accused of doing is so horrible. It's not like before where he trespassed to places that banned him or even the pepper spraying since the guy took pity on Chris and opted not to press charges. On the other hand Virginia's gone purple bordering on blue with these laws designed to treat retards like Chris with kid gloves. You saw this before with the therapeutic docket and now it's these laws that have the autism deferral and the law that says the system HAS to find him a place to stay when all is said and done.

I'd bet money the court wants to send Chris up the river to real big boy prison on trumped up rape charges.

Probably afraid he'll go after his Mom, he's already stated he wants her to die so he can go home and he's completely detached from reality at this point. They need to stick him in another state, is that even an option?

So, if his hearing was rescheduled for February 14th, does this mean that the original date in August that was scheduled for this year is no longer valid?

Slightly off topic but I don't think that's really true. I know it's a common trope but I also know what career criminals are like and I think it's actually simply that sex offenders are the easiest fellow inmates to victimise. - The guards don't care what happens to them, and they are very unlikely to fight back, so they are the easiest target for predatory and violent thugs.

This wasn't a rescheduling of that hearing it was just a new one that then got continued. The August hearing would be to check in to see if he fulfilled the terms of his deferred disposition, this most recent one is a review for reasons unknown, but probably to address the fact they can't find Chris a group home.

I know this can never be answered, but is his new Persian Rug worn out by now?

Also: not a question but I'm willing to bet $40 that Chris would have a MASSIVE McDonald's craving when he leaves jail lol.

The rug must smell too.

As I posted before, The moment Chris goes through the doors at McDonald's, he'll probably be accosted by a group of people, but not in the way he's expecting. I'm imagining him coming in and making some kind of cartoonish intro.

I can just see the phones flipping to record Him and the faces of disgust as his stench as Chris opens his mouth and states "The Grand CPU Goddess of Cwikville orders....three large fries...."

Maybe someone calling the Police if they recognize him.

Something like this:

Well you know; great sacrifice, the afterlife, 100 virgins, you know the drill...

Chris is our Lord and Messiah, saving us all from peril by plugging his mother and going to jail for us sinners, the Big kahuna is going to need a break.

What Chris did was fucking horrendous but it has been how god damn long? If the State hasn't got their fucking case prepared after years then they need to just fucking declare him insane or free him.
I'm no high-falootin' Alabamna lolyer, but I think there's lots of ways you can waive/forfeit your "right to a speedy trial." One of those ways is if your lawyer files a bunch of their own continuances. Which I believe has been the status quo so far.

Good for goose, good for gander.

Calm your tits my niggers, the court system is just playing a game of kick the autistic down the road so they won't have to make a (potentially) historic verdict on an incestuous tranny. As for quick and speedy trials, that's just compared to the decade waits in Europe.

Chris could've been done with this stupidity in December 2021 or earlier if he just pled guilty and served his time. As the monkey above me put it, he waived his right to a speedy trial through stupidly trying to fight a nigh-unwinnable case.

This is definitely the case. You have the right to a speedy trial, but you actually have to insist on it. If you instead file your own incessant delaying motions, that's on you.
