Part of it is due to the fact he took a loss on Ralphamania (having admitted it) but contradicting himself saying he did in fact make money off of it (but not by much) since he lost the 2k belt and merchandise. The other half of it is that his legal battles with the Vickers clan have left him in a very precarious situation where he has to declare his financials to a judge in order to receive a court-appointed attorney since he cannot find counsel in Nevada to take his case (that he keeps being held in contempt for). He's bleeding money to the point that he's forcing Meigh to produce content for his brand in order to rake more paypig $$$ since everything around him is falling apart.
