This is one of the most scar-ridden jobs I've seen and he's likely been picking at it or scratching like crazy. This may come off as powerleveling but I just want to say; as a boy I admired doctors, medical staff, nurses, and paramedics. I dreamed of one day becoming one. Helping heal the hurt, cure the sick or maybe going into the research field. My grandmother once said she might be looking at the next Jonas Salk (who saved her life 40 years prior with the pollio vaccine.) She died long before that could be so. Now...as an adult among many other reasons that dream has died. But in some ways I no longer weep for it.
Why? Because seeing what passes for "medical science" all these years later. Instead of searching for a way to cheap and effectively cure terminal illness like cancer, preserve the human DNA structure to impede the aging process, perfect cryogenic stasis so those in cryogenic sleep can be awakened and we can start freezing patients that aren't already at death's door. Convert the human mind into pure digitized data or clone the mind and body so one could switch the old dying body for a brand new one. What are we doing?
We are tearing down long standing scientific facts related to genes and DNA, we are rewriting the very nature of what it means to be human. We say that there is no discernable difference to the male and female body and mind when there clearly is.

This looks like another case of black balls on a white guy. Unfortunately for him, the scarring is pale and pink, leaving the bits that were previously dark looking like they’re stolen from the undead.
The only revision to fix that is the classic dig everything out and make it vaguely concave with just a slit down the centre. Trannies seem to think that looks amazing anyway.

It is ironic how he goes on about how his body mutilation with injections was just an addiction for him that partly arose from a rape he had. Procedures/timeline before SRS

When I first started looking at postoperative results on the websites, I was horrified, because I haven't really seen a vagina."
- He says that he didn't like the results at American hospitals because the scars were too visible.

3 months post-op:
- He chose the PPV technique because he believed it was made with the tissue most similar to a real vagina, it was supposed to result in less time dilating, and supposed to guarantee depth. I am regretful.... of choosing this technique of surgery.
- He has lots of dilation troubles/maintaining depth. His friends who got the same surgery were having similar issues dilating. He was spending 2 hours per day dilating until he had to stop dilating completely because he was starting to bleed, doctor said it was because of granuloma at the end of the canal which was being irritated.
- "It is not actually self lubricating" "It doesn't feel like a cisgendered at all". "I'm sorry guys, I know it's really bad to say these things."
- "What I could potentially be looking at is a complete revision, and I would absolutely go for the sigmoid colon option, absolutely, that's what I would do. Obviously, it's my only option..."
Kamol also advertises for trannies who already got SRS to "upgrade" to PPV. PPV according to Kamol's website:
6 months post-op
- He is pissed about PPV and also now Kamol. He tells people not to get PPV. "Despite everything you read on reddit or the threads or transgender blogs and videos, these [PPV] techniques are too new." "I've been sold a fucking lie here." "You are pretty much part of an experiment if you get PPV."All the parts with peritoneum tissue have sealed up, he is down to only the penile tissue, 3.5" depth.

- Negligible scar due to the laparoscopic (keyhole) technique there are only 4 tiny, virtually undetectable scars from the keyhole surgery. They look like small freckles and fade after 12 months to be more or less invisible.
- Peritoneal pulled-through has been performed on cis-gender girls for over 40 years and is well understood.
- The patient may experience dyspepsia / indigestion symptoms 1-2 weeks after the surgery.
- The patient may have a temporally bowel habit change such as frequency of mucous defecation, constipation, or back pain (LAR-liked syndrome: low anterior resection-like syndrome) in a few weeks.
- This technique is not suitable for those who are overweight or have fatty abdomen as Internal fat can cover the peritoneum making surgery very difficult.

- Postoperative intraabdominal adhesion can be happen approximately 1-2%.
- Due to the new technique for transgender women and no long-term study, a candidate for surgery needs to accept all possibility of unlikely rare complications of this method.

I would disagree, imo he never even came close to escaping the coom loop, he just realized that if he kept injecting silicone into his nuts he could die. If anything he just rationalized trooning out as a way to justify cutting his nuts off(which itself is no doubt some sort of fetish). His surgery may have actually been life-saving. There's no way that abusing his balls like that wouldn't eventually lead to his death. I'm sure he will find other ways to mutilate himself. maybe sticking obscenely large objects in his rot pocket.
