Dude that legit is one of the worst things with air travel. Without power-leveling too much, eons ago I had to travel all over hell and creation for work, often overseas, and often on a budget depending on the contract. Having to spend a 12-14 hour flight next to some guy who smells like unwashed balls is pure torture.

He goes on day 9 of his drunken xannyberry bender, gets himself kicked off the plane, he's in such a stupor that he assumes the horse and cozy rozy follow him off. Once he's escorted out, he can't find them, makes some drunk tweets about her running off, deletes them when he figures out they're in Rome already. Comes up with the cope about it being an attempt at trolling the father in law, books another last minute ticket for himself, and is gonna take pics of the three of them there when he arrives, and use that as proof.
That's cause it isn't a work. In all likelihood, they got into an argument the moment they were unceremoniously escorted off the flight and kicked out. Then in a drunken haze it's likely Ralph got the wrong idea when Pantsu decided she needed a little break from him after the embarrassment of the situation itself. He then went a little nuts on twitter and when he actually found her probably eating at an airport restaurant he probably had a lot of explaining to do.
