tells Chris they don’t want someone with an incest with child charge in their store around children.
Good thing he doesn’t have that charge. That specific charge is part of a list which expands into more options (according to law Kiwis), one of which applies to Chris. “Incest with parent” isn’t great either, but it doesn’t include children.

he’ll probably just treat it as unjust things happening to him, even if Chris was homeless it wouldn’t make him reflect on what he’s done he‘d just consider himself the victim of a cruel society who likes to play kick the autistic.
That will be his reaction whenever anything happens to him for the rest of his life. His parents taught him to view the world that way.

Not to mention, the local Virginia game stores likely have better reasons for barring out Chris than his criminal record. It takes one look (and smell) of the man to see that he shouldn't be let into anywhere civilized.

Yeah I know but that’s the charge stated on the website unless they update it.

I just like the thought of Chris trying to argue he in fact banged his mom and not a child with a Snyder-like store manger.
I still hold the stance that the defense is somehow baiting out continuances (idk how this shit works) so that when Chris IS tried he won't spend as long in prison if he's found guilty.
If that’s true then would that imply the defense think he’s guilty of rape and not consensual incest? (Given how long Chris has been in jail already)

Imprisoned for years without trial is not a slap on the wrist. For a normal person this would usually be life-destroying. Any normal person would take about a minute to think things over and then immediately hang himself if faced with being Chris.

Chris is Teflon only because he's too stupid to realize how bad his situation is, has no ambition for anything more, is delusional enough to cope and has absolutely no shame. He doesn't even care enough about other people to be hurt by rejection.

Physical pain, exposure to the elements and hunger are the only punishments that would get through to him, so he's going to stay Teflon until he starts living on the streets.
Chris considered it gigantic physical exertion to use a riding lawn mower once a week. To say the transition will be major is an understatement.

Heilberg already knows he did everything he's accused of because he filed for the autism deferral. Chris's lawyer isn't defending him against the charges, he's just trying to mitigate the punishment.

If it was up to Chris, he'd probably talk himself into the electric chair.

Oh thank god. I did try to inmate search him but nothing comes up.
Try Vinelink. He's there. Also that picture is from last year when he was sent to the mental hospital for evaluation. If they do that again, he'll be listed as "released" again even if it's into a hospital.

New court order, any ideas what it could be?

He totally would, thinking it was a massage chair, or that it would give him superpowers.

It also would be a very CWC thing for him to go out that way, since the chair would make him shit himself...and then do nothing.

Maybe trying to find a place to dump him, finally?
One of the places seems to be Gateway Homes out of Chesterfield. Their mission is "to provide a transitional residential treatment program for individuals with mental illness who are striving for independence." One reason they might be considered is their emphasis on individually tailored programs. While I'm no psychologist, I don't think there's another crazy person quite like Chris.

Looking at Item 5 of their eligibility guidelines, they don't take "registered sex offenders or individuals who have committed a sexual offense". That second part is purposefully broad enough to exclude people who never caught higher-level charges like Rape, but are still evidently perverts nobody wants diddling their vulnerable relatives. I think that means a hard no for Chris.

My money is on him being moved to a halfway or residential home.
I hope that the justice system will be wise enough to see that he is going to have to be in a care facility for the rest of his days.

Chris is beyond "fixing" at this point, he can only be put somewhere where he can be closely watched and controlled.

Besides, at least then he will finally be away from all of the trolls and nobody in the outside world will ever have to deal with the nuisance that is Chris ever again. Everybody would win.
