Dylan posted a reel going into more detail about the FFS. For posterity, he got a hairline advancement, a brow bone shave, a rhinoplasty, minor cheek enhancement, a lip lift, jaw shave, chin reduction and a tracheal shave.
He also partnered with Olehenriksen so we got a new name for the list @NoReturn. He does an ASMR style promotion on IG stories and then on reels it's the same thing but without the ASMR and he's wearing different clothes.
Other random stuff from IG stories: he re-pierced his ear, gets now car sick easily and got a candle that is bigger than his head.

They've done a pretty good job hacking the sides of his jaw off, considering he looked like he had mumps before ffs. Unfortunately it just makes his eyes seem even further apart (not quite sure how that works), which enhances the masculinity of his face. That and the facial hair he couldn't be bothered to laser off, if he's that worried about being seen as a "girl".
