3-15-2016: New Photos of 14BC

I was going to say, "no rusted-out cars on blocks," which made me realize I didn't see the BMW and Cadillac in those photos. Did Barb finally see sense and take what she could get for them, or did the town crack down?

If it got too bad, couldn't the city directly intervene? Health violations or whatever? Right now, it's just trashy, but if it got any worse, I doubt someone wouldn't file a complaint.

Not unless the yard or the house content present a hazard to the community at large. Say, if they had huge dogs that just ran around the neighbourhood, then yes, the city could intervene, but only so far as making them have a fence built.
Consider how hard it is for drug houses to be busted. There's surveillance, warrants, etc. which takes months to do, and that's when there's a known issue.
Now, if they were running some sort of catering service out of 14BL (that thought actually made me gag), THEN the health department could enter the house to do an inspection, but that's not gonna happen.

I think these days, there's an elderly woman in there, being taken care of by a violent mentally challenged man.

I think that could be a better way of getting intervention than the mess.

I mean, just phoning in a Health and Wellbeing type of call would get the sheriff to come for a look see.

I've traveled down to that area of Virginia a few times, and the Chandlers house is far from "messy" and garbage strewn than some of those mountain towns.

Do we think that some day, years down the road, when Blarg is gone and Chris has been moved out, will the new owners of 14 BC have to wonder why there's a constant stream of spergs outside their house taking pics?

Or will Branchland Court immediately no longer be of interest when the Chandlers are gone?

How were you able to send this thread back in time from 2 days in the future? I guess autism is really that powerful.

I think people will still go over to document what the new owners are doing with the house. Imagine someone with paranoia buying it and thinking someone's after them because they keep stopping to take pictures haha... when it goes up for sale though, I hope there's an open house so people can go in and take pictures for the forum.

I Wonder if we e ns still troll the green county health dept to get 14BC condemned
I'd be surprised if they didn't. Not as much as before, but they probably still get the occasional call from children who only just discovered Chris Chan and stumbled upon one of his tour videos. I bet there's still people who call 14 BC trying to contact Bob so they can get him to say something racist.
