It can sometimes make using your HSA or FSA card easier in the US, plus depending on your prescription drug plan, it can end up being much cheaper.

Most likely. The Veterans Healthcare Administration stopped prescribing vitamins because you can buy them otc and doctors were prescribing them so much. Cheap fucks.

The guitar sounds a little out of tune to me (maybe it's how he is playing the chords that causes that). It's weird that he cares about the precise BPM of certain sections but then doesn't give a shit about that.

Yeah it might have something to do with insurance or Healthcare Spending Account rules; several of those changed over the last bunch of years where OTC stuff wasn't reimbursable without a prescription or something.

Bits I believe from Dave - that he's abused, lied and cheated. Bits I don't - everything else, including that those three things are past tense.

Dave has forgotten you need credibility, not a very long history of lying, for people to accept your claims at face value. Though to be fair, being one of the lowest effort troons, it's unsurprising he would think that if he says it, other people will just believe him unquestioningly.

Do you think the tadalafil is for erectile dysfunction or for some circulatory issue he full fat mayo'd his way into? That's a lot of blood pressure meds. Also a lot of psychiatric and pain meds. A blood thinner too. Wonder how that will go now that he's "homeless".

The rest of the medications are really very boring. Typical “I’m a boomer and haven’t lived a healthy life” medication.

Pramipaxole is usually used for restless leg syndrome.

Gapabentin is used for seizures, nerve pain and kind of catch-all drug for psychiatric (or psychosomatic) issues when they don’t want to prescribe something stronger.

Duloxetine is your basic bitch SSRI.

Nexium is for heartburn.

There’s a bunch of steroid cremes for skin problems.

Tizanidine is a muscle relaxant that you get when they don’t want to prescribe you the fun stuff.

There’s a couple of high blood pressure meds like Dilt XR.

Basically all of these drugs fall under two categories: Unhealthy boomer meds, and the kind of psych drugs you get if you keep bugging your doctor about some vague somatic symptoms and he can’t find anything wrong and doesn’t want to prescribe the hard stuff.

Charitably it could be for pulmonary hypertension, but the dose would be higher. It's a generic so the difference between a Adcirca script vs a Cialis script is going to be dosage of the generic tadalafil, but still, if it's just 10mg, that's the boner dose.

There’s also melatonin for sleep and a few other ones.

You know what’s interesting here?

It’s what ISN’T there.

There’s no benzodiazepines for anxiety, no Ritalin for ADHD, no Ambien for sleeplessness, no Flexeril as a muscle relaxant. None of the good psych drugs that can get you a little fucked up.

(And lord knows, with all the trauma he claims, you’d expect some Clonazepam for anxiety or Ambien.)

But for some reason, all of the doctors he goes to see for his issues, all decide not to prescribe him anything with abuse potential.

I find that quite telling and interesting.
