I decided the other week to look into kateisdeflate. Can't remember exactly why, I think partly it was that I knew he was scheduled to have his balls cut off in April, and he was posting things that suggested underlying mental illness (beyond the whole "I'm a woman!" thing).
I couldn't find his full name, either current or birth, the best I got was "Katerina H". Katerina from a postcard on his dorm room wall, and "Kat H" is the name shown for kateisdeflate on CashApp.
I turned up a few photos of him as a younger teenager (AFAIK he is still a teenager -- 19). One photo had a logo on his t-shirt blacked out, but a related TikTok video did not. It looks like a flute glass filled with black and red, but it's not clear enough for me to dox him.
Also on his dorm room wall is a partial itinerary for an Amtrak journey from Washington DC to Durham, North Carolina. He's separately said his family moved to California; perhaps they were from NC originally but I can't say.
I think Kat is the reason Tony was invited to address students at George Washington University (GWU). There's a poster on his wall that he mostly remembers to censor, advertising a "Queer community cookout!" at Anniversary Park, which is on the GWU campus. As well, here he is wearing a GWU sweatshirt:
Kat is currently scheduled to have an orchiectomy in April, and breast implants at some point this year. He wants to have a stink ditch dug, citing "REALLY bad bottom dysphoria", but having his balls off first because his family doesn't support him and so he doesn't have the support to nurse him back to health.

He's quite clearly a twink so I wouldn't be surprised if he's never seen an actual vagina.
He's been signed off for surgery by his 70-year-old therapist, who he's been seeing for three years, and is recently enamoured with Jordan Peterson.
Kat has talked frequently about his comorbid mental health conditions, including having an eating disorder since he was 15 (so 4-5 years). Laser hair removal on his legs has made his self-harm scars more visible, and he has made three attempts at suicide.
Perhaps similar to Zac Raasch / Zooey Zephyr, he has a conservative family and trooning out did not result in their acceptance. He is extremely sensitive to the fact that they won't play along with his delusion, saying in August 2022 that "the constant misgendering and deadnaming from the fam has really just obliterated all the mental work I've done the past year".
As well, he's talked about "how long insecurities can stick with you" and that "it's just so hard to move past and fix some of the damage that's been done."
But rather than find a therapist who isn't senile and impressed by this decade's Malcolm Gladwell, Kat has set himself on the path to irreversible surgeries.
I'm sure getting cut up will resolve Kat's clearly deep-seated mental health problems, and surely they won't exacerbate them.
