Holy shit, does he have no idea how an university works still? The "law side of the university" isn't going to have something that's not accessible already through the library (especially since it's not a law school) but since this is totally easy to look up on the library website like the last time he wondered about database access no, PACER is not one they pay for. But Westlaw is. (Until July 2023 because the school did not pay for another year it says.) Also they don't gate students off from shit by their majors, wtf.

They just don't. Looking through foster-to-adopt groups it's obvious that anything pertaining to adoption is MAGA country in the current culture wars. Yes, you absolutely get occasional gay/lesbian couples, blue haired PCOS infertility cases, and white guilt trippers, but a lot more adopters are Christians who already have 5 biological kids but want to adopt 7 more because they always wanted an even dozen, and there's plenty of farm chores to go around.
Once more, the liberal solution to any social problem they see is "someone ought to spend a lot of money to stop that" and then walking away tut-tutting about how someone ought to do something.
Someone ought to build those homeless people some housing! Gee, too bad I don't have (and won't obtain) any construction skills. Someone ought to offer those immigrants a place to stay and get back on their feet! Aw shucks, my small apartment (I moved here because it's in a walkable area) just doesn't have the room. Someone should really make sure everyone has enough to eat in our land of prosperity! I can't go do a shift at the soup kitchen because of my social anxiety.
Meanwhile, the Salvation Army bells keep ringing. The church food bank is still open.
For years, pro-abortion people said "well if you think there should be no abortion, I certainly hope you Christofascists are ready to adopt all the kids that will result."
Overwhelmingly, their answer has been yes, we will do that. The left just assumed anyone's response to being told "sure, the thing you're requesting could happen, but it'd involve a lot of extra work for you personally" would be to back out.

Not simping for Walsh, but he has a point. People like Zach and Cinema Robert dream of an utopia that can't happen while we have to take care of the ones left behind. No, I'm not advocating for killing poor people, but we have given too much protection to useless people and allowed idiots into colleges.
Zach's alleged spot in college should have been given instead to someone with a real interest and understanding of statistics, not to some old dude who just wants a title to call him "smart" while he steals money from his wife. What most universities have produced in the past ten years isn't people being able to build amazing airports, but morons who all they do is screaming "transphobiaaaaa".
