I was curious about Stevens housing situation so I did a quick calculation to see what his total monthly payment is. I know he released his monthly budget a few months back but I'm too lazy to go look it up. It's really astonishing how lucky he his in terms of his living situation, and how retarded he is for getting himself into a situation where he may have to sell it.

Given Steven's address, it's easy to look up that he paid 279k for a 2400 square foot house that was 10 years old at the time he bought it (2015). I tried to highball the estimate of what he pays a month, so I assumed he stupidly put 0% down on a 30-year and got a high interest rate of 2% for the time. The total comes out to around $1600 which is outrageously cheap for the space he has. This is comparable to the monthly rent for the average American 2 bedroom apartment.

And of course he's lucky that his home has gone up in value to 452k. If he put zero down on it today with current rates (more like 7%) then he'd be homeless already because he can't afford a $4000 monthly payment. As someone in the housing market right now, it makes my blood boil that this fuckhead is pissing away the easiest chance at home ownership ever. I hope he's never able to sell and the bank forcloses.

His latest video is a doozy, even for Booger. Basically he made the video because he was abused himself and he himself was unfairly targeted for cancellation by the Internet. What a nice caring guy Booger is!

If you "genuinally care" about Justin you'll continue to work with him if he's proven innocent. Just like Booger! It's just not fair that people can choose where to spend their money.

Trying to claim you can speak to the subject because you were a victim of abuse while cheering for the abuser is just beyond retarded.
I’ve been in a car accident, that doesn’t mean I’m qualified to judge a case of vehicular homocide.
Boogie blames everything on his « trauma » and whines he can’t get over it but whenever a big abuse case arises (Depp/Heard comes to mind) he ALWAYS sides with the abuser. You’d think with all his PTSD and rage he’d be rallying against the exact kind of people who ruined his ability to be an adult.
It’s almost like it isn’t real and instead the abusive Boogie is sympathizing with those he can most relate to in these cases…

That is was a swatting.
That there was more than one.
That it was carried out by members of the Sam and Tolki subreddit.
The date it happened on.

The last is the only part of this he’ll admit to lying too despite all the evidence of the others and it’s because he’s a coward who bows to authority and the cops confirmed he was lying.

I guess all his other lies were just him « misremembering » like how his sister raped him, or his mom stabbed him, or about how his car crash was caused by a trucker having a stroke and definitely not him driving whilst distracted.

I can't put my finger on it, but I feel like a major meltdown is brewing with Boogie, everything you mentioned is all hitting him at once. Theres only so much happiness and ignoring the pain that his pills can bring him, but it seems like its coming to a head soon.

Video itself is classic Boogie fence sitting in which Boogie refuses to either praise or critique Mr. Beast. Lots of his typical mealy mouthed both sides shit.

Mr. Beast is a douchebag that built an empire on the clicks of tweens, everything he does is to make money, including this latest vision stunt. A halfway decent person would just donate the money and keep quiet about it, not use it to further their Youtube brand.
