You know those people who talk a lot and say esoteric/big words/phrases to seem like they know what they're talking about, but in reality know goose squat? That's Phil. Really, he's just pulling shit out of that black hole he has in his ass for no reason other than to look like he's saying something meaningful, when in reality he's just reiterating talking points that everyone talked about 15 minutes ago. And much better.

He's The King of Bloviating. He really is. He's probably the best person I've ever known of at just talking at length about literally nothing. If only he could be paid for that somehow..... Oh wait....

That's pretty much the grift in a nutshell.

DSP has never gave a shit about games, unless they're games like Super Turbo, which he can play for easy clout. Video games are now a catalyst for his begging now. You're not paying for the game, he's begging for money while a game just so happends to play in the background. And he knows this.

Apparently, he's made some big announcement that he'll be playing less games, and this is a surprise to no one because we all saw thing coming. DSPGaming will now fall further into the bargin bin in terms of khantent so that he can beg for money and not play games. Might as well change his fucking name then.

Whenever Phil cries about muh billion-dollar company it really puts into doubt he remembers anything from business school or actually attended classes. Now granted I don't go to business school so I might be wrong, but I'd assume they would teach classes that money=/=quality and that you can't throw all your cash at something to fix it. I mean think about it, if Phil really has a business degree and business sense he'd know all these companies he cries about having dozens, if not hundreds, of departments and sub-departments that all have their own budgets and employees.

Starting to think he was a total retard in business school and coasted by either cheating or sheer luck expecting he'd have a job as a CEO lined up. It's the only answer for why he seethes at CEOs and imagines they do jack shit and are super rich. Well that and he gets his opinions from Twitter.

Saw this and immediately thought of DSP. Khantent creation is not, and never should be seen as a "job". If shit takes off, then it takes off, but otherwise, it should be treated as a hobby that you can do to add onto your existing skillset, not the be-all-end-all to pay your bills, and especially not as the foundation for your internet ponzi schemes.

businesses often have "loss leaders" where the parent company loses money on a venture, more than any other division. Think Youtube for Alphabet, the losses are worth it in the short term to establish that brand in a certain market. I doubt ebaums world made much money, and despite YT costing more to maintain, the brand association is worth the expenses > revenue, is a long term scheme.

You just have to keep in mind that phil is a narcissist so there's a good chance he thinks he looks good there...
Same thing with his 15 years of content creation slide, that was obviously troll art but he was unable to see it
