It's always amusing when dumbasses like Tom believe businesses are "public" and don't have the right to remove you. They do. In fact, if that security guard wanted to, he could have detained Tom for refusing to leave. I'm sure the only reason he didn't is because security usually has to buy their own equipment, and if you put cuffs on Tom's disgusting self, you'd definitely have to toss them afterwards and go buy a new pair. It's always heartwarming to see he isn't welcome anywhere he tries to go.

Also because Tom scurries off like the cockroach he is when exposed to a lady with a telephone, so he seems fairly easy to shoo away. Thomas here doesn't understand that stores are still private property, at least here they are. Though I'm pretty sure the States have similar laws. People are given the ability to enter that private property to buy goods and services, the owner however can remove that ability from you so if you step foot there again then you're trespassing.
The only issues you'll find is that in some places there has to be a legal reason to remove them. Usually as a manager you'll just use health and safety for a customer like Thomas and have them removed permanently.

Generally speaking in virtually all western countries and most second and third world too, the rule is that anyone has the right to insist someone leaves their place of employment or business if they have no business being there.
Invitation can be rescinded for pretty much any reason.
The exceptions to this are officials with legal business and from public government buildings if it is just the whim of an employee.
People behaving in a hazardous or dangerous manner can be forcibly removed from public government buildings, but not just asked to leave without a good reason.
I can imagine that Tommie is a known pest around the stores and businesses of the Tucson area and people have common methods of dealing with him.
In the UK it is possible to bar individuals from particular areas or just simply any premises licensed to sell alcohol.
I wouldn’t be surprised if Tommie’s local authorities are considering such a move now he has graduated to bothering the public and causing police attention.
Local characters can be fun if they are generally harmless and inoffensive, but Tommie is a general health hazard and obnoxious.
If he was a stray dog, they would have shot him by now.

They're supposed to be malachite, but you can tell by the pattern that it's not real malachite.
To be fair, they needed the money the supplies as well. Supplies cost more than the artwork nowadays so it's often not worth doing anything that isn't digital. However, the woman claimed that they needed money for paint. These look like they were done with art markers.
So Thomas is showing off less than $1000 worth of products that he's selling. Out of how much did he spend in 2022 alone? I made more throwing some money at Tesla last month than this man did in year.
I bet he doesn't even know how to do his shipping so even if he does get any sales he'll be paying shipping costs out of his ass. I'd post about how to set it up, but there's no way I'm helping this retard do it for free.
