Yes, we know you got your ACE Certification thinking that you would move up in the company, how you "did a bunch of free work off the clock.", how the CEO came down to "thank you" personally, how a certain former President never paid for certain replacement parts or was late paying them, etc...let it go.

And let's not forget his ACE certification was the Affiliate level. Isn't that the basic level? So he is basically proud for a participation trophy. But no specialzation training no extra training nothing. He was a bottom bitch at his company. And on youtube he is the same a simple bottom feeder who is lucky to have a small cult of loyal paypigs.

And about Shorts monetization. Shouldn't he be eligable? This is what I found:

It's wild to me no one's ever done a dive into ACE.

ACE is a product of united technologies corportaion. They once own skiorsky. The thing of it is, it dosent mean shit. It's a company specific training program meant for a couple of companies that were under the UTC umbrella. Skiorsky included.

Every fucking big buisness company has a similar program. Alot of em vary and who or what they are meant for. But most of em boil down to a set of morals and ethics, sop(procedural shit, selling, and self help. It was based of some shit Motorola did that became like q industry standard. The entire aim really is just making a quality product. That's it.

Yes it may have put him on track to do.well at skiorsky or another UTC company. But realistically. It meant jack shit. Not only cause it is coropoation specific, but because utc went bankrupt and now exists under different ownership.

It means jack shit now. And it really didn't mean shit then. I guess it looks impressive on a resume. But no one's gonna give a shit nor understand. And daves never getting a job.

I could.be wrong but this my surface level understanding off it. It's nothing too special or impressive. He was just in the right place right time.

I don't think Phil puts that much thought into his grifts. I mean, Phil is one of the worst liars out of all the lolcows, in no small part because he can't seem to remember what he said a few sentences ago.
