Nick doesn’t have too much time for hobbies since most of his time seems to be dedicated into sucking up for his wife and Drexel, who seem to be more into the hobby of wanting to be swingers than actually being normal people.

Yes, either one would have to file Pro Hac Vice. Randazza did exactly that, and it was granted.

I think Randazza was hired specifically because he's a big name, and Nick thinks it'll help grift more money off this case. It's not a "bad" decision, per se, because Randazza is really good at this line of work, but it does seem like massive overkill. Even when he's being sued, the grift must go on.

Also, I'm pretty sure Nick wants to win, so Ty is probably a bad choice (even though he'll never admit it).

I can't recall if he's speculated on being ADHD. His wife is on a cocktail of drugs, including taking stuff for depression and anxiety, but I don't remember Nick listing off any pharmaceuticals. He's (likely self-)diagnosed with ODD (oppositional defiance disorder), but a lot of the watchers here think he's just an asshole. (Myself included.)
