Not really, for many reasons.
Some big ones.
The Chinese military has no combat experience since 1979. The US military has a great deal of recent combat experience.
Some point out the PLA Navy has more vessels than the US Navy. And? Most are small coastal defense vessels. They have only two or three carriers, and one is a ski-jump carrier, limited. The US Navy has 11 carriers, with more being built, and these carriers are the center of entire carrier battle groups. The US Navy has a great deal of operational experience with these carriers, China virtually none.
Some say China will invade Taiwan. Ya think? Ya think? Ya fucking think? Let's go back in history. When we and the Allies landed on D-Day in France in 1944, we'd been doing amphibious landings for nearly two years, made our mistakes, had a lot of experience. The Allies also had air and naval supremacy. China, with NO meaningful amphibious landing experience, is expected to go about four times as far, in the face of determined naval and air opposition? Right. And monkeys might fly out of my ass.
Something some may not have considered - demographics. The vast majority of the Chinese military is made up of sons, and a few daughters, of one-child families. Those parents often tend to rely on their children for support in their old age, and the powers that be are acutely aware of it. Tells me the Chinese are likely very casualty-averse. Imagine a troop transport trying to invade Taiwan sinking with thousands of lives lost. Imagine multiple troop transports going down at the hands of the Allies. Imagine a Chinese carrier being sunk - they carry thousands.
China has a shitload of problems. Last thing they need is a war with anyone.

I was watching an interview on TimcastIRL. They had former CIA on. In the interview the CIA guy said when Trumps Presidency started, word came down from up top that they were to slow roll or deflect on any orders that came from Trump.
This confirmed to me what I suspected. That the establishment was completely unprepared for the possibility that Trump would get over the line. So in a panic they tried to minimize as much as possible what Trump could do to their little setup. The story about misrepresenting the number of troops in Syria to Trump, the impeachment coming soon after Trump started looking into Ukraine. They just had to keep him boxed in for 4 years until they could rig Biden in.

Yep, Trump was not supposed to win. That is why they panicked and pretty much destroyed 25 years of media trust building and setup to get him out. They tried to use the same book they threw at Ross Perot and Ron Paul and Howard Dean to try and sabotage his run but the problem is that 1: the internet was too big and too spread out 2: Trump was too retarded to be taken down by regular attacks, having a tard strength buff.
In the end they had to stack a pandemic, complete media saturation and election fortification to get rid of the orange man. And in the process they opened up such a fucking ugly would to make the amputation of the tumor they saw him as they might just end up dying anyway.
