Minor PL but I am tangentially acquainted with many female troons, such are the woes of being a faggot with faggot friends. Some of the side effects that one or more of them have complained about: recurring UTIs (this is the most common one which is very concerning to me), unexplained muscle soreness, cycles of high energy followed by extreme fatigue, joint aches, vaginal pain/discomfort, sudden drops in strength and athletic ability (which is weird, I would expect the opposite), hot flashes or feeling overheated in general, frightening outbursts of anger and violence that they can't control... and the list goes on.

I'm intrigued/horrified to see what happens in another ten or twenty years, when enough people of this generation have trooned out for humanity to be able to gather large-scale data about the long-term damage cross-sex hormones do to people. If they haven't killed themselves yet, of course

What happens to all of these women on T? The uterus and ovaries atrophy, stop working, and become diseased. I'm going to go out on this very sturdy and trunk sized limb and say that these doctors are not giving these women estrogen, even after a hysterectomy.

If my doctor is right, and I believe she is, then it's no wonder these women are all having the same exact bizarre problems. Men have their own issues with estrogen, but I wonder if T is worse for women than estrogen is for men. You hear male trannies talk about soft and short penises, but I haven't heard yet about a tranny being forced into having their balls/penises removed because the estrogen turned them into dangerous soup.

I believe it is. Not medfag but I remember reading that T is just stronger/more effective than E, which is why MtFs end up looking like a brick-headed refrigerator no matter how early they transition, while T generally has much stronger effects on women - they still don't pass because they're all helium-voiced midgets with female speech patterns and mannerisms, but just physically, the T affects women a lot more than E does for men. So it makes sense that it would also have worse adverse effects.

So I've like, really always been physically feminine despite being AMAB. To the point that when i started transition to female before hormones I could pass just fine. The main thing is..... I am waiting to in march see a urologist to get evaluated for an intersex condition.

not to get too tmi but I guess the feminine traits are one thing and the other is a very small penis that doesn't work great and some difficulties with finding prostate. I talked to my doctor about my concern after talking in human sexuality class about intersex conditions and noting that the average penis size while flaccid is longer than what i have while erect. I didn't realize how abnormal that was?

The main thing is, anyone with a micropenis having sought SRS for transition had difficulties from it? I know according to the definition micropenis is considered a DSD and wondered if people here might have similar experiences or answers about what can be done.

Oh this is a familiar story... I too had an unusual start to transition. I had always had unusually shaped genitals (even before HRT took effect I could easily shove them about an inch backwards into my body), and an extremely strange penis that has clearly been cut free of the skin at the top for larger erections (see: what they do to enlarge the clitoris for transmascs). Once I decided to transition, I started experimenting with natural testosterone suppressants and ended up triggering breast development about 3 months before I started HRT. And when I did start on a minimum dose, my levels came back at where they expect them to be at the 1-year mark at the 1-month mark.

My older brother had some weird issues with it when I started my transition, he wanted to cut my wife and I off from his family until their daughter got "old enough". That stopped really early on, though, and we get together regularly with zero issues now. Apparently they were still working under the assumption that transgender kids were still being hidden from students at school and that she didn't know about them. She set them both straight pretty quick!

Yeah, I am not sure why trannies would like a completely clockable character model. I thought the whole point of being a tranny was to pass and live out your fantasy of living as the opposite sex.
