Dave Brian Muscato / Danielle Tatiana Muscato / Danielle Brian Muscato - Half-Assed Trans Activist, Fully Arrested, Rape Appropriator, Currently Trying to Extort His Parents

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
I'm amused at the fact that he has like 70.000 Twitter followers and almost nobody are replying to his dramatic tweets.

Also he mentioned in that long ass Facebook post that he has a recording of a phone conversation with his dad. Has that been posted anywhere? I listened to the long one where they are arguing (yes I'm a machochist, it gave me horrible second hand embarrassment), and the shorter one with tbe argument about bagels and mayo, but I haven't seen the phone one.

Whether or not you should do that really depends on your car. It's wasted on most normal vehicles, you're just paying more for no real improvement in performance, but if your car (probably high performance) is actually rated for it, you could literally damage the engine by using lower octane.
I have to pay out the ass for REAL gas because it gets below freezing here for a fair bit of the year, and often the only grade of real gas is the top grade.

(for those who don't know: shitgas, aka "up to 10% ethanol added" is prone to many issues Including a lousy shelf life because of chemical fuckery caused the ethanol they pollute the gas with.)

He keeps whining about not having his pain meds SIX DAYS AFTER BACK SURGERY. I've had surgery twice in the last couple years and you usually aren't given anything very strong. Both times I've been sent home with a small container of like five pills that are stronger than OTC painkillers, and instructions to take regular OTC painkillers every six or eight hours after those run out.

Maybe it's different for back surgery but I don't think so, I think he's just being a huge drama king.
Due to the druggies and pill chasers wanting the "good stuff", this sounds about right. When a relative had their last major surgery for pain, they received a five day supply similar to what @a tightly clenched butt posted. That way, the doctor can do a post-op eval at that time to see whether the patient truly needs more of that medication or if they can be downgraded to OTC pain meds on an as-needed basis.

This definitely sounds like D drama-whining to garner sympathy.

Also, being in some pain after surgery is normal and helps you regulate yourself and not overdo anything. You're not supposed to be in excruciating or bad pain, but I'd expect and tolerate mild to moderate pain for a few days. Maybe I'm old fashioned.
This is a man who considers the wrong kind of mayo to be abuse. I don’t think he tolerates discomfort well.

Going after the attorneys is a bold stratagy. Also his show will be 2.5 hours with special guests!

"He's also litigious and paranoid" and that's why I'm going to post flyers all over the town and send them to all his neighbors and friends and everyone else in the community about my extended public performance where I describe his many horrific no fooling crimes to all kinds of witnesses.

As part of gaining leverage in our ongoing settlement negotiations of course.

And while I have your attention, here's some claims about a lawyer being unethical into possibly criminal. And let me tag him into this post if I could.

Minor PL, but I had a slipped disk a bunch of years back, and I'm just now able to use a backpack. No way he had major back surgery recently and is keeping things around his neck comfortably.

Also, can confirm, after surgery I was high as fuck for about 36 hours, when discharged had a weeks worth of decent stuff but was still in moderate pain.

This whole premium gas thing is just weird. BMW specifically recommends it for the 5 series. And as for a $22K watch? It's a shit ton of money sure, but for a MD who's been working for at least 40ish years? It's a relatively minor indulgence.

I, too, want to go to this show. It would be great if it was mostly farmers.

It’s like he has the rudiments of being manipulative, but his brain is too scrambled by meth to follow his thoughts through.

“Season tickets to Mizzou” is the funniest “luxury” to me. It just sounds like such a podunk thing to boast about. I’m assuming it’s a college football or basketball team? So not even major leagues? And it’s the university the man and his wife work for, so they likely got a discount.

On top of that, most season pass holders I know don’t actually attend every single game, they usually give a few to friends or even resell them.

e: I found this
Fans can purchase a season-ticket package starting at $140 for east-side, upper-deck seats in sections 305-311.

I realize that’s the low end, but if the low end is $140 then the high end can’t be much more than $1k or so can it? Maybe $10k for a really luxe box seat or front rows or whatever but Dave didn’t specify anything like that, just a regular season ticket. Unfortunately their season pass ticket website is down otherwise I’d check to see

Food for thought:

What Is Considered Extortion in the State of Missouri?

Extortion happens when a person knowingly threatens another person with the knowledge that they will expose them, harm them or otherwise affect their lifestyle if they do not give the offender what they want. The State of Missouri considers extortion to be a severe crime and brings under its umbrella various crimes related to using threats to obtain resources from another person.

What Are the Punishments for Extortion in the State of Missouri?

Missouri recognized crimes related to blackmail, coercion and threatening to resort to revenge porn all constitute behavior similar to those exhibited by people using extortion for personal profit.

Depending on the kind of crime committed, and how much in benefits the criminal was hoping to obtain, the punishments for their actions can be more, or less severe. Extortion is usually considered a felony in Missouri, and the punishments delivered to convicts include time not less than five years, or more than twenty years, that has to be spent in incarceration. The convince may also be asked to pay a sum in fines that do not exceed $10,000.

While I doubt it will happen, Dave in prison would be an entertaining next story arc.

I suspect that for all Dr Muscato Is Abusive, he’s not willing to have his junkie son arrested. Which is a shame. Still, it looks like Dave isn’t planning to stop his campaign, so who knows?

Even if he doesn't wind up arrested, Dave's current antics will make it easy to have that restraining order extended and might lead Dr. M to cut him off entirely. Which, honestly, would be more painful to Dave than tossing him into an environment where he's guaranteed three hots and a cot.

The state can prosecute crimes even if the victim isn't willing to go ahead with it. You hear about it more often in domestic violence but theoretically it could apply here.

They just need sufficient evidence and Davie boy isn't exactly being subtle.
You need a bit of an aggro DA though -- they're in the state of Missouri (red state) but a college town (blue city?).
After wasting precious minutes of my life researching the economy of college football tickets there I'm not about to research their local prosecutor to determine if s/he is enough of a hardass/has enough free time (ie if the town isn't that high in violent crime) to go after this sort of thing

Can’t help but notice Dave is still verified on Twitter post-Elon takeover. Does this mean he’s shelling out $8 a month to keep his bluecheck? I thought he was an abused, destitute person of gender!
They haven't gotten rid of the legacy ones yet:

Musk said yesterday that the old blue check system was going to be scrapped in a few months, so he won't have that checkmark for much longer.

Dave's been quiet. I think it is due to TERFs and normies finding his Tweets.

Dave has a laundry list of personality disorders, but he's neither psychotic nor stupid. I suspect he figured out that his Twitter smear campaign wasn't going the way he had expected, and decided radio silence was his wisest choice. He may come back again when he gets emotionally enturbulated, but for now, he may be showing more self-awareness than most lolcows.

There was way more excitement for his one man show here than there was on Twitter. Keep fucking that chicken, Dave!
