I knew her IRL from about 9/15/2022 to 12/30/2022, but she was active in the discord since May or so under the name "naked man" (or "naked_man", but it was one of those two). The third time I saw her I intuitively used your "assume she has no soul" strategy; it worked so much better. Initially she passed for a normal person and we were being southern hospitable (it's really a thing here; feels wrong to not help someone new), plus were all at a mundane storage unit place helping her move.

She's acted normal a few times, and it was really nice. I think there's humanity somewhere, deep inside her, and she hides it purposefully Elizabeth Holmes style. But if she can't even acknowledge basic statistical errors, good luck getting her to introspect that far inside herself.

Also: I know I've been saying most of what I can think of that's wrong with her in this thread, but it feels deserved. In other threads KiwiFarms has some of the most callous writing I've ever read, but this desire for spilling tea can serve as a force for good by exposing frauds, and one thing I can count on is that y'all are meticulous about getting this info right. Some people seem to only post in the threads where they can bully someone, and others seem to use this website to call BS on people who deserve it. Aella has power and influence and it's only going to get worse; if she were just some embarrassing autist chick on tumblr/deviantart/whatever I wouldn't care about this, but she's going to influence jobs and careers and already has. This is one of those cases where even if y'all's goal is just entertainment the outcome is worth it.

This is exactly the kind of horseshit I'm talking about. Anything she does that's remotely naive of anything academic will get this kind of response. It could be like, not knowing what a Likert scale is, then in 20 minutes a guy will appear from a smoke cloud saying "I learned about Likert scales and bjklhdlhjklhsjlshjlhjklsh college was a scam."

I believe someone else pointed this out earlier in the thread, but if her stats she posted from 2022 are to be believed, despite her selling herself as an extremely horny person, she only had sex 63 days last year (a little more than once a week). When we were preparing for the megameetup, we were talking about drug discussion. I've experimented with a *lot* of drugs + research chemicals in the past and I'm pretty familiar with how you don't talk about this stuff in public.

So, I proposed we silence all discussion of e.g. LSD at this meetup given that this meetup was in a public park and anyone new could say something to police and LSD is still felonious in Texas. No one took my worries seriously except for the one openly conservative guy in group and the mother+husband duo, the mother of which was hit on in despicable ways at this event.

Aella's response to this legal risk was more or less "I'm going to continue to do what I was going to do" (no, really, her phrasing was similar) but what really got to me was that, as some kind of reassurance, she proposed to spend $10k for anyone who was arrested for drug-related stuff. I'm sure some kid who gets arrested for LSD-related charges and potentially has a felony for life will really appreciate it. Thanks, Aella.

It's good seeing some of this stuff getting attention, the post Rationalist and Dimes Square people have been kinda of a thing I've been interested in for a while as they often intersect into other topics and communities that I'm personally interested in, I also used to enjoy listening to Red Scare etc before quickly tiring of the same Paglia and Laasch quotes, as well as the increasingly authoritarian bend to their politics.

Would recommend anyone look up the Break the Rules podcast on Youtube it's had plenty of postrats on. Also the old co host used to be this extremely obese incel monarchist named GiantGio who has a following with a bunch of the postrat crowd as well as pseudo-intellectual incels.
