Disney+ Children's Show 'The Proud Family' Has Aggressive Two Minute Slam Poetry Segment On How Slaves Built America And White Privilege - Calls For Reparations For All African Americans

No, it can't. By the time the Moynihan Report was made, fatherlessness among black Americans was 25%. After the 1960s, it shot up to 60-80%.
counterpoint, it was still higher than the white rate. explain that. slavery ruined black families. Period. Point Blank.

Really? Where? I will add it to my Zillow searches.

And the answer is the same for both: Nobody.

Is this some clever "Democrats Are the Real Racists" thing where Johnson's Great Society and the welfare state are the slave owners?

Except for the White House, which was burnt in the War of 1812.
This is so stupid you missed the point of my post. You're really going to argue these points with a reparations activist irl? You're going to stand there googling statistics at each other.

"It's never black people's fault."

"yup it never is. It never will be. " That's how these conversations will go. If you guys want to sit and bitch on the internet be my guest. I'm just throwing out the "derail reparations by pitting minorities against each other" plan.

Slaves built America yet the slave Souf was so far behind the free Norf economically that the Souf never had a realistic chance to win the Civil War so long as the Norf didn't give up on its own. Which it didn't

And the Norf never had slave labor anywhere near as high a proportion of the whole as the Souf did, and the two were essentially wholly separate economies by a generation before the war

Some demographic has to be at the top of anything, including fatherlessness.

slavery ruined black families. Period. Point Blank.
To the extent that they were actually separated, sure. But, bafflingly, the sexual revolution and an expanded welfare did more than triple the damage that slavery did in a fraction of the time.

And they wonder why there are record highs of people unsubscribing and unDisneyfying their tech.

Can't make entertainment anymore. it has to have woke garbage in it one way shape or form. To anyone who would rather remember Disney in their happier times, just pirate their classic shit. The new shit is tainted and they're trying to make it stay.

It's the proud family, it's a black show for black people.

I would have just called the poster a nigger and been done with it

if you ask an opened ended question, you're going to get a laundry list of historical shit. Tuskagee airmen, Bruce's beach, Black wall street... Even the fatherless family unit can be explained by slave owners breaking up black families by selling the husband and wife off. You're not going to like the answers and you're going to get bogged down in minutia. It's better to argue that everyone with european ancestry needs to pay for reparations and be excluded from collecting them. Then you play the colorism game. Grab the nearest coal black queen, point at the light skinned blacks and say "they have european ancestry, they benefited from their light skin, should they get money too?"
It's a dirty talmudic trick, but it'll work and does work in places like Barbados and Haiti.
LOL. Do you really believe only black people picked cotton? LMAO.

Where is this redlining? I don't want to live near niggas. Tell me where it is?

This was, yet again, something I found to be genuinely hard to watch, just like scenes from Velma. I noticed this is primarily structured as a slide show, which saves them animation costs. They also couldn't help but add a meme reaction in the crowd at the very end, when the audience member grabs both sides of his head and moves along the screen.

The only nice thing I have to write about this is the inclusion of the Illuminati and whatnot from one of the singers could've been funny, if this weren't a mean-spirited ploy by Jews to once again use the negro as a shield.

I swear there was an episode in the original run where the girl either went back in time or saw a timeline where slavery was still a thing. That seems subtle compared to this somehow.

So was Fat Albert and other "black" shows.

But like you said all these shows taught about living in peace and helping each other. This just seems angry, it aint gonna fly in the long run.
I think the line of thought about racial integration changed somewhere in the African American community in the decades since then. The Black Power movement with its militancy (the Black Panther Party comes to mind here) that existed around the time "Fat Albert" was made was generally seen as too extreme to the general public from what I gather.

In the decades since you've had academia forming the ideas around Black Lives Matter and things like it coming into the mainstream. I think the concept of reparations have caught on because it appeals to poor blacks like Communist wealth redistribution appealed to downtrodden peasants and working class in some countries in the 20th century. Potentially it can very easily lead to disaster in the long term but in the short term in terms of advocating for it to a fair number of people it seems like free money.

If you're trying to be self-serving, it's hard for peaceful coexistence to compete with handouts and personal prosperity.

Do they know that relying on the government is a death sentence? No one likes being on welfare, the government continually monitors their spending and they never amount to anything since the money is put on a string with no option for self efficiency or investments. They are essentially put on life support.

I guess if that's the life they want go right ahead but I always thought the message of progress was to teach black kids on how to invest and save up for their kid's college education.

But when you're roughly 13% of the population and falling, you'd think self-preservation instincts would tell you you shouldn't be actively hostile with or antagonizing people that ultimately outnumber you.
