Oh they give a fuck. They spend millions of dollars fighting attempts to force them to disclose user data and going up against them would bankrupt Sammy.

Even if Hell froze over and he managed to force disclosure, he'd be in contempt of court if he used that information in any manner not explicitly approved by the Court.

I note the request for the 'Vordrak' account unban is a courtesy as I do not have time to be an ED editor. I can draft a similar order for him. That is quite generous of me incidentally, as Likeicare is in the deepest hole here.

The final point is Dynastia. That dude is a terrorist sex offender and not an ED Sysop. Ban him and all the different accounts he claims are not the same person.

I love how his "offer" includes a defamatory statement about Dynastia, too. Talk about the proverbial "fool for a client".

Analysis : he's bluffing. He knows that even if he managed to convince a UK court that they have jurisdiction, any orders he obtained would be unenforceable in the US/Australia.

The only thing which would subject the named defendants to the jurisdiction of a UK court is them agreeing to accept the jurisdiction of a UK court - which is why he's dangling the consent order carrot. Whether or not either a US or Australian court would enforce a consent order is still debatable.

That he's even proposing consent orders indicates he's not willing to spend serious money on this. Nor would anyone actually expecting to go to court have made defamatory statements about another party in their "offer", knowing full well those communications would be put before the court if the case proceeded.

The lolsuit was always a toothless joke and only made to give him an excuse to file disclosure orders to dox me and LiC. Apparently he's finally spent five minutes in google and now realises likeicare never hid his identity in the first place, so I'm the only remaining target of his legal shenanigans.
