Lets not forget the tens of thousands of Ukrainian minor children "evacuated" to "Summer Camps" between May and September 2022 when Russia still held on to vast swaths of contested territory. That issue alone is a massive sticking point that is making it impossible for Ukraine to even agree to START negotiations with Russia, let alone come to terms.
