No-one has to prove it, you moron. You're the one who made the statements and they were not privileged. You cannot make a statement which damages your reputation and then try to sue people for repeating your own statements.

You might want to spend a lot less time reading statutes and a whole lot more time reading case law.

You might also want to ask yourself why none of the organisations, including legal and human rights organisations, which represent queer people have ever launched an action against us or any other "harassment/hate" site. Plenty of lolcows have consulted them in the past and they haven't even been willing to launch a test case.

I was looking for gender dysphoria videos and I found this bizarre channel featuring a really old guy who talks a lot about how he's been on HRT for the last 11 months. When I first showed this cow to @Clown Doll a while ago, he thought the very same thing and saw a resemblance between these two. He was very disappointed when this guy turned out to be quite a monster and not at all the benign sort of character he was trying to portray himself as when he first got here.
