Nick will spin this as he met Ty after the Vic case had started, likely say it was after he had recommended him or maybe right before, but technically after Vic had started the legal shit since Vic originally had a different lawyer.

I think it's simpler than that Drexel is just a degenerate that wants to fuck young white girls consequence free, and all the evidence points to Drexel always having been that. So Drex being Nicky's best friend that Nicky boy was tight with from before Jewtube says a lot in turn about Nick. Combined with what we've now seen of Nick and Mrs. Nick I think they were probably just always this way and we're only now sort of seeing it out in the open as all the money and e-fame/drama causes it to spill out a bit.
I agree that Drexel has been that way for a long time. Nick may have always been this way, but he says he started actively testing the waters around when Drexel started to figure in his life in a more prominent way. Not that we should take Nick at his word, but its still a curious thing to say considering the information we have now. It actually matches up quite well with what we've seen.

So far I'm not hearing a contradiction. "I do know Ty Beard, I have met him." then, and "I barely knew him at the start of the Vic case" now.
Sounds an awful lot like 'we met a few times and he's worked for my family' to me.

Is there somewhere you can point to where we know that? I recall it was held in escrow and that any remainder would be donated to some Texas shelter. Hearing about Vic owing fees made me wonder if there was any of the GFM left to go towards that or if it was all fleeced away.
Just by maths on how much motion practice there was and ballpark estimates on how much each lawyer charged. Even Nose said that the costs would be in the millions. For all his blustering, that fact is correct. it has likely all been billed, but maybe not charged.

Reactions: Procrastinhater
Why is he lying about something that is not just easily refutable, but there are mountains corroborating evidence to the contrary?
Is he trying to save face to the panel, honestly trying to deflect or is his fucked up brain incapable of remembering anything anymore?
I think he's doing this because he's shedding the old audience in favor of people like the wine moms who are totally ignorant about the content he used to create. If anybody refutes him on what he just said (and yes, it's easy enough to do), he'll just say that it's coming from an incel prude "taking stuff out of context."

It's sad. Old Rekieta is truly dead. Long live new cow Rekieta.

I said that Nick was on the same plane of credibility as CRP or Ralph. I may need to revise that statement.

At the very least, CRP is now more credible than Nick. Well, when he's not talking about geopolitical or military matters, anyway.
I don't even know anymore, man.

Like I said the other day, I'll grant that CRP and Ralph might be telling the truth with respect those Knoxville stories. However, I'm 1000% sure that what Nick just said about Ty is a wrong.

Fortunately, I'm pretty sure nobody here has to take my word for anything. I'm sure he's talked about this a lot. I was like the 4th or 5th person here to call BS as soon as that clip was posted.

Speak of the devil. Thank you.

Vic never had different lawyer in his case. Not quite sure where you're getting that from. Vic shopped the case to two different lawyers before Ty, but he didn't actually have a lawyer until Nick put Vic in touch with Ty. @Svetlana gives an brief overview in this post

In fact, there is a photograph of Nick and Ty sharing a drink BEFORE Ty filed the case. This photo was taken in February or March of 2019. Ty filed the actual paperwork in April.

But even that's not the point. The point is Nick knew Ty long before he even knew OF Vic or his problems. Before Vic had a cause of action. He's handled stuff for Nick's family, and they were also Facebook friends. Whether they physically met before Vic, I can not say.

Oh ok, I thought I remembered Nick saying that Vic had gone with a different lawyer first and then switched to Ty, but I guess it was just a consultation.

Nah I’m hearing a difference. “I know him” vs “I knew of him” & “I have met him” vs “Idk if we ever had a conversation before Vic’s case”. There is a distinctive difference in emphasis too, Nick originally strongly wanted to state his affiliation with Ty in case it came up & now he’s like shrugging it off like he barely had a clue about the guy.

Drex the Sex Pest is grooming Nick to be a willing cuckold, and as a source of future conquests. Due to Nick’s ability to create white women while also providing access to them.

Hell, I'm not even sure if a crummy referral is actionable. It doesn't seem like it would be.
Some of the Lawl Twitter retards have brought up the concept of negligent referral, which actually exists. Cases in which it has been pled successfully are extremely rare, and generally involve things like recommending a doctor you knew was a notorious drunk or a lawyer with multiple disciplinary proceedings.

There was no reason at all to assume a lawyer with no disciplinary record who was in charge of a successful firm was not competent to handle a case like this (or would somehow be too incompetent to notarize a document without breaking the law).

Does Drex have his own thread yet?

It's only a matter of time at this point. I might try to write the OP myself if I wasn't lazy.

I guess the question is when did Drexel "become more prominent in his life?" Is this referring to a period of time post-Youtube? I agree it's plausible that the coombrain is a more recent development aided by e-fame and the associated infusion of lots of money. I still lean towards, if someone is doing this weird shit in their 40's, they were probably doing it in their 20's. I feel like it's really weird for someone to be super straight-laced when they're young then all of a sudden start acting like college students in their 40's. But who knows, midlife crises are a thing, maybe Nicky felt like he had it made and didn't know where to go with life next, etc.

I've worked with lawyers like Ty before. They're always lazy, incompetant cunts who barely keep up with changes in the law, and leave the office 2 hours before their assistant without fail.
Well, we know he left the office to go get drunk on stream and talk mad shit with Nick at about the time his subordinates were filing a fatally defective legal document late at the eve of the hearing.

Breaking Balldo.

If Nick shaved his head and started wearing a stupid boomer hat I would unironically start watching his content again

"I know and have met Ty Beard." - Then
"I don't even think I'd talked to him before the Vic case, in person." - Now

At the very best, assuming both statements are strictly true, he's being disingenuous by downplaying his relationship after the fact.

There was another clip from Elissa's channel where Nick mentioned that Vic had attempted to reach out to him around New Years and he had been ghosting Vic for "weeks" (see 6:25):
Seems he isn't done with the coping:

I think he's just going to try to whitewash the entire lawsuit from the history of his channel. Partly because it ended badly, partly because his audience from that time is less likely to like him now.

Until very recently, Nick was deeply financially dependent on both his parents and possibly his wife's relatives. Streaming money allowed him to obtain a level of financial independence he never previously had. And in that situation, its possible for people in their 40s to start acting out in ways they wanted to in their 20s but could not due to parents.

Nick's basic degeneracy is that he is just too lazy to work a job. His relatives tried to prop him up as a father and Nick responded by retreating into childhood. His wife is dumb and lazy. If she fits the profile, she had a bunch of kids and then discovered that she really didn't like kids. Then she got on all kinds of pills to make that problem better. Through the pills and drug logic, she was gradually able to transition into a trailer trash THOT with money.

The impression I get of Nick is that he was a heavy drinking porn nerd kept for years on a short leash and isolated out in rural Minnesota. He was friends with Drex and would listen to Drex's bullshit stories beleveing them to be real. Drex pretended to be a "player" but was probably just a dumb guy who picked up rando women. Nothing he has said about BDSM has convinced me he was ever seriously involved in it. His stories of being an interstate gangbang organizer just seem like dumb fantasy. Sure, he picks up women. But he seems like a PUA simp. No real alpha would write that dumb scifi porn he wrote.

Nick is an immature guy who is mentally still in college. He had to hide his immature self for years, but now has the money to live out all his dumb sex nerd porn fantasies in public. Eventually he will figure out that porn isn't real and that porn has lied to him. Probably after his divorce and after catching lots of STDs.

I think he's just going to try to whitewash the entire lawsuit from the history of his channel. Partly because it ended badly, partly because his audience from that time is less likely to like him now.
I also remember something about him making anti-anime/anti-weeb statements recently. He clearly wants to make a break with all his pre-2022 content and groups that were part of his audience then.

And that's that:

Look, he knew Ty, but at the time he hadn't had sex with Ty, neither did his wife have sex with Ty, so can one truly say he actually knew Ty by Nick's standards?

This is why him being out of the closet about his coomerism is so weird. He is courting the boomer audience who likes to hear why democrats are bad today. Even if a good portion are degenerates they won't be parading it online. Most certainly they don't want to be linked to a man who crossdresses at gay bars while claiming disgust at drag shows for kids. He can claim they aren't the same but that's like saying maps aren't pedos.

Oh fuck, please please please let this happen. Also let his wife fucking wreck his shit financially in the divorce.

Hey now, he never actually had sex with Ty. They got drunk and compared who could put what up their ass without making a face. Don't act as if you've never done that with your friends at a party.

Plus if Ty is going to fuck anything, it's going to be his client's piss-easy TI with a contract lawsuit.

I feel like Drexel got away with this to some extent due to the "based nigger" effect. Usually when a guy starts putting forward the unironic "women are property" viewpoint that is seen as pretty sussy even in right-wing grifter circles, but since Drexel was playing the role of the based nigger who really knows how it be dawg, people didn't think about it too much and just let him shuck and jive. That plus Nick's early audience was IBS people + anime coomers both of which would be more sympathetic to "loose" sexual morals I imagine, and the farms was initially distracted by Weeb Wars.

I think most people here who used to listen to nick just turned off most drex streams because they didn't want to hear his nigger jabbering. I know I did.
