Stephanie seems legitimately convinced it wasn't her, which is obviously bullshit but it's either HARDCORE COPIUM™ or actual mental illness. A tumblr user that was one of the kids confronted her last October and pretty much came to the conclusion that Stephanie will never own up to what she did and that it's not worth it to keep pressing her:
