I think it could make you some good and occupy your mind, maybe even produce something decent one day (possibly posthumously).

Write anything that goes through your mind, then review it, class it in themes, phases and steps and try to make a magnum opus. Buy paper, binders, paint the walls, write on the floor, let your truth flow until you can't stand awake anymore.

If you can do something "truthful to you" /crazy enough, but yet somewhat coherent (from any angle you like), this would be a great prank gift, I would buy a print.
