Cynthia served as a rallying point for the entire chat to attack. When Nick brought the hammer down by banning her, the usual suspects immediately went on to new targets. They want to be seen defending Nick in the chat, especially if they can get a headpat from Nick himself.
The other problem Nick has is that since the Locals clique are so obsessed with hunting down detractors in the chat, they keep talking about Elissa's channel as well as this thread. If more casual Locals readers outside the clique happen to check one of those out, they are going to see a lot of information that they might not be privy to from nose-approved sources.

I question how they are going to apply consent laws over the internet. afaik they only apply when the recording party is in a state/country with said laws and there are no federal/international laws on the topic. Also sounds like he is going to start DMCA striking clippers.

I really liked the focus on actual facts as opposed to just slurring the guy. The idea that put it into my head was his claim that he flew to France, just to get laid. My first thought was, "who the fuck is fresh and fit?" I then looked at the farm's thread about them. I don't give a shit about them and don't care what they say.
This is really the spiritual successor to the old Internet. 4chan used to embody that and still does somewhat. We have the closest thing to SFW free speech left on this god forsaken planet. There might only be 4chan's "containment" boards that come close. This is only possible because industry professionals have helped the autistic owner of this website against other industry leaders and governments.
Drex has been troll shielded by the farms for years. He was always looked on favorably by a majority of us. He was an open degenerate sex pest that fit a stereotype. It was always known that, "Drex will be Drex." It was even hoped, by many here, that Drex would intervene on Nick's nose dive. It was Drex's open hypocrisy that made the farms turn against him. If Drex went radio silent after "the bottle", then most would still look favorably on him.
Drex has shown hypocrisy with Nick's actions. He has lied about how Nick has represented himself. He has changed his stories about his questionable stories multiple times. Drex can not cry now about the farms digging into him. He has gone from openly degenerate sex pest to a potentially predatory degenerate sex pest. His radio silence now after people are digging into this story is such a terrible look. He broke his silence to say how nick never pretended to be a good Christian father.
