I don't think that's possible anymore. If she only had fillers, like one or two rounds, she could have had them dissolved. Courtney Cox had some bad fillers, regretted it and had them dissolved. She has wrinkles but she's a pretty, natural looking older lady.

Madonna has fillers in her cheeks, lips, nasolabial folds, forehead, eyelids, temples. She has implants in her cheeks, lips and chin. Once your face is full of crap you can't just take it out. Not to mention, getting your face cut and pulled and injected and things shoved between skin and muscle is traumatizing to the skin. As you age your skin becomes more delicate and slower to heal. She's old, she's fucked with her face so much and put so many fillers in everywhere, that even if it was possible to be dissolved, she would look terrible. Her cope about not caring what people think is obviously false. She deeply hates that she's aging, has done everything she can to avoid it, but that train keeps coming no matter how much money you throw at a butcher. The blowback now that she's fully bogged is because she looks TERRIBLE.

I dunno, but surgeons say older people in general produce less scar tissue than younger people. She she might still be able to make it better. If she just fucking listened to the top of the class dermatologist and plastic surgeons she goes too. It isn't like they want to ruin her face, but it's Madonna and if they have the integrity to say no to ruin her face further. She can easily Thanos snap their career out of existence.

My guess is that they have to dissolve the fillers, do tightening treatments and then place in fillers that are a bit less and better placed. Dunno if she even can get out the implants at this point, but if she could and had to take some time off to let it heal. There's a big chance her face would be better.

This particular instance of people reacting with horror to her appearance is so far reaching and has enough traction that I’m starting to feel a little sorry for her. Can’t be fun. She does herself no favors with the crazy styling and wacky hair though, I feel like people wouldn’t be quite so piqued if she had eyebrows and a normal hairstyle and clothes.

It's filler, it almost always looks awful, especially in the cheeks. Even sensible amounts give a watery, puffy, small-eyed look. Cheryl Tweedy also look atrocious, even though she's only had a small amount.

To the women getting it. it doesn't feel severe, because it's pretty safe, non permanent and reversible. And at first, filler can look good, at least from some angles or in photos. So they feel comfortable going further and further in the quest to have full skin and no wrinkles at all. Eventually they puff up their cheeks massively, then they have to puff up their chins and lips to make it match.

In Madonna's case, she began using filler about 10-12 years ago to give herself cheekbones, because she's always had flat, square cheeks. So she was already using it in a way that is not intended.

I also think Madonna is someone who thinks she knows best, and if a plastic surgeon says, "no, that's enough, going further will not look good" she will just go and find another surgeon who will say yes.

Correct, there's a young reality Z lister in the UK who had massive lip fillers, and when she tried to have them dissolved, her lips were baggy because they'd been stretched too far. Now she has to have a small amount of filler just to look normal.

I suspect that after her filler was removed, Courtney Cox still has had some work done. She may have had a fat+ stem cell transfer, which look far more realistic and rejuvenating than fillers, but is a more risky procedure.
