I always thought the energy troon was interesting among Biden diversity hires in that they were actually qualified, at least academically. Most members of Biden's cabinet are hideously unqualified affirmative action rejects with past "careers" in race/gender grievance/grifting. Kleptomania and crosdressing aside this guy actually had a doctorate in nuclear physics or something like that.

That is the thing: They refuse to. They don't want ANY part with the Trump agenda and the Trump base knows it. The people who voted for Trump, hell even people who didn't vote for him in some cases (some more disengaged normies) know that outside of Trump himself and maybe some of the people in the Freedom Caucasus none of the big GOP names being floated as "Trump alternatives" will actually put any effort on fighting on issues that Trump leans on of the culture war and immigration and the like. DeSantis is the closest thing and he has lost a bunch of that power thanks to his cucking out on punishing Disney for their grooming and the recent spat with Trump he had.
No one will believe Jeb Bush or Marco Rubio if they go on stage and talk about stopping immigration or standing up to trannies and big tech.
The only Trump alternatives they actually have that would still capture the Trump base 100% would be people like Lauren Boebert and Matt Gaetz and Paul Gosar, who are all hardcore MAGA to the point of surpassing Trump himself. But that would defeat the entire point of their "not Trump" strategy because, again, they would rather lose than have to actually stand up to globalist shit that is so profitable to them.

Yeah, the swamp-things tend to forget that whenever they point a finger at someone, 3 fingers point back at them. If they want to talk treason, there's hundreds of things Biden has done in his career that qualify as treason.
