I think he went after Keemstar when he was slightly better in the public eye than Keemstar. Thats about all I can think of

He legit gets suspended or temp banned from tiktok like twice weekly on average, it's crazy
He can't stop browsing and using it, but absolutely refuses to post or say anything while thinking of the TOS, I think it's a combination of him being a high-profile user on multiple platforms & someone on tiktok's western staff hates his ass because no one else complains about being moderated on tiktok as much as Ethan Klein.

From what I'm understanding, the defamation is not just the website, but the website, the numerous podcasts about the guys, having his employees edit the guy's wiki article, encouraging his fans to review bomb the app, game Google search to make the Weinstein website the second result for the guy, and have his fans spread it on twiiter, reddit, etc. So, taking it beyond a joke into malice by having his fans "destroy" the guy. He'd probably be okay if it was just provable facts, but adding "jokes" to it could make it seem that the intent is for people to believe the jokes as facts.

:null: I erroneously featured this stating that Klein was suing Kavanaugh. He is not. Klein bought a domain asking if Kavanaugh looks like Harvey Weinstein. Kavanaugh is suing for damages, I believe for defamation. The California anti-SLAPP statute (which is similar to the one in Texas brought down Vic's lawsuit) is very strong, but Kavanaugh has met the burden of evidence to proceed. Klein is now in an expensive phase of proceedings where he must actually argue the facts of the case, and is on the hook for a lot of money.

The judgement is particularly damning because it includes language that is indicative the court already believes Ethan is guilty of the charges and he is now fighting a losing battle.



It also references statements that Ethan has made on his H3 podcast after the lawsuit was initiated and that he could incur additional damages every time a knowingly false statement was made on H3. From what his fans are saying, he has reiterated his claims dozens of times.

Ethan's response has been to insult the judge as a "crusty old fuck" and say he's appealing the decision.

A "pottery it rhymes" moment. Ethan was praised and hailed as a hero for manning through that copyright infridgement lawsuit, now he lost a defamation case to the mockery of many. It was going to catch up with him eventually and I can't think of a more fitting punishment for a self-righteous, vindictive asshole like him.
 
The irony is that if someone had made a website comparing Ethan to Harvey Weinstein, including drawing attention to how similar their beady little eyes look, he would be decrying it as anti-semitism.

It bares repeating that the website isn't just a comparison in appearance, it also accuses Ryan Kavanaugh of sexual harassment, lying under oath, illegally withholding wages and running a ponzi scheme. While all those things potentially could be true, they're presented in a way that a) can be argued to be defamatory and b) are only being put out there because Ethan is a pissy little bitch. Hence why the shitlist ends with:

And that's on top of all the shit Ethan said about him on his podcast, which I'm not autistic enough to try and compile because trying to scrub through the H3 podcast makes me want to neck myself because it's so boring.

And this ruling is coming off the back of him getting in shit for mocking QTCinderella for being upset about people deepfaking porn of her. He tried to blame it on Tourettes. Tourettes might explain involuntary laughter, but tourettes doesn't make you tell your sound guy to play "Chestnuts" over her crying so you can more effectively mock her, and then admonish him for doing something fucked up, and then only admit you told him to do it because people saw the message you sent telling him to do it on Discord, and then try and blame your live chat for suggesting it, all the while bring the exact sort of person who'd dogpile another YouTuber for being misogynistic if they were the one who'd done it.

I hope Kavanaugh takes Ethan to the cleaners and he's forced to sell his house (at a loss, because he's wrecked his house by letting his dogs piss and shit everywhere) and maybe let his production staff go, reduced to YouTubing on a laptop in a rental apartment.

If we're lucky we might even get him sperging out and getting hit with contempt of court - "dude, it was a fucking joke, why are you being mean to meeee" - which isn't out of the realms of possibility given he has already broadcast himself calling the judge a "crusty old fuck".

He didn't just do this to himself. He's possibly damned his employees too. Gotta say, one of the wildest things about watching the H3 podcast is seeing the visible stress in his crew's eyes whenever he pushes the envelope too far.
His fans have been giving him a lot of slack too for constantly risking his employees' income.
It's honestly disgusting seeing Ethan acting so invincible all the time. Seeing him finally look at real consequences is satisfying.

His Tourette's goes crazy when he's stressed, this man is losing his goddamn mind.
I say this as someone that's been watching since the Israel/exe days
