So uh... What exactly is her physical and mental illness? Is it actually diagnosed? Does she get professional treatment and/or assistance? (be it monetarially or otherwise) I'm going to go out on a wild limb and say she's completely fine and in any other time period would have been found some job and made to do it.
"Oh no my joints some times crick because I'm fat and don't even walk anywhere" is not grounds for a debilitating physical ailment, and being permenantly on Tumblr -though arguably should be grounds for instant involuntary commision to a mental ward- is not indeed a mental illness, neither things inherently make you unfit for the work place.
If Staph actually acquired a real job and got offline, I am willing to bet all of her weird behaviours that make her undoubtfully funny to us, though genuinely stop her from living a fulfilling life, would disappear almost overnight. But that would take effort and require self awareness and discipline and mentality focused to improving one's own situation in life. Something that decades of being coddled doesn't exactly help with.
I've seen unironic schizophrenics and people without legs do better than her! This is indeed entertaining and I find that Staph's antics are always goofy in a fun way that never ceases to make me chuckle.
Are we going to see the gross as fuck hornyposting turn more into loathsome yearning for companionship or at least desperate bids for something to stop her lonliness? I'm getting hints at this already, always hidden behind the nsfw shit. She always did have a very juvenile and outright mentally deficient view on companionship in general. The Jeffery Dahmer shit reads like one of those edgy tumblr kids thirsting over school shooters lmfao, it's the same energy. She can fix them, she wants to be their pet.

I think she is absolutely experiencing loneliness that's normal for someone who has never even been kissed by her age, but I also think her narcissistic pride will never let her drop the disabled/mentally ill/queer/trans act and admit she isnt special so she could actually try to find someone. But she may find herself a smol birb if she keeps up being obviously desperate and special needs.

She has an official autism diagnosis which she got last year so she can get neetbux. There's lots of speculation in this thread as to her other mental issues but as far as I know autism is the only actual diagnosis. Besides being obese, she's had a hysterectomy I think, for what I can't remember.

Endometriosis, I believe. It was pretty severe from what I remember her saying. Her shit was all types of fucked up. She also claims to have GERD, but she hasn’t talked about it in a while.
